”The resort is lovely, the staff provided excellent service so would recommend. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with one of the tours we booked, the places visited were great but the transport provided (given advertised as a luxury tour) was unacceptable, a rickety dirty taxi! The owner needs to take better ownership of this, we (group of 10) didn’t get a very good result when speaking to him of this. ”

”The hotel and its surroundings were extremely fantastic! Minor not-so-nice-things were that when we had a dinner at the restaurant, they didn't tell us the price, and as vegetarians we ordered only starters from the three course menu. When checking out we were told that the full three course menu should be paid even we did not eat the whole menu. So 400 rands for a green salad and a tiny fish steak.. Also after we checked out we decided to stay in front of the hotel for wifi to check out...

”Mark and Gail where wonderful hosts to say the least. They made us feel right at home at their home. Everything was more than expected. Extremely helpful in every way. Highly recommend. Perfect location if you're in town to visit Kruger. The park is steps away from the location and the Crocidle Gate is only 15 mins away via car. Hosts are knowledgeable about activities in the park and outside the park. Everything you will need is at your disposale. A+”
