”Good stay close to the airport. The bathroom was huge. The lady at the front desk was very kind, and coordinated out transfers to the airport.”

”We stayed at Hampton Inn after my mom suffered an accident at the Istanbul airport. The staff went above and beyond to help us in every way. We are very grateful for them. ”

”Checked in and got to my room, everything was normal. At 1 am someone from the staff tried to get in my room twice with some other guests. After that he came and said that there is no record of me checking in, and he needs my passport. I literally checked in a few hours before. Incredibly unprofessional and rude staff member. It’s not my problem if your system is broken, you can talk about it in the morning and not wake me up in the middle of the night.”

”Everything was super clean from the lobby to the rooms. I loved the attention to details. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They make you feel like a family member from the first sight. The hotel is situated in the heart of Taksim . Very conveniently situated. Close to most attractions, shops and restaurants. If given the opportunity to come back to Istanbul, this is the place I’m staying in . The front desk gentleman ( which I forgot his name, and he could be the owner ) was nothing...
