”My husband, daughter and I recently stayed at the hotel, and all had a wonderful experience. The staff are exceptional. From the bellmen to the concierge and restaurant staff, they all went above and beyond. We especially enjoyed our time in the restaurant and lounge where my daughter and I played the piano while having nice conversations. The restaurant staff were also especially good with our daughter. ”Hotellin hinta-laatusuhde oli erinomainen. Aamiainen on runsas ja näköala upea. Vaikka hotelli on vilkkaan ostos -ja kävelykadun varrella, huone (5. krs) oli rauhallinen, ikkuna oli sisäpihalle päin. Hotellilta pääsee kätevästi metroon, raitiovaunuun tai kävellen vanhaan kaupunkiin. Hauska museoraitsikka kulkee hotellin ohi ja sillä pääsee Taksim-aukiolle. Ruokspaikkoja riittää ympärillä. ”Excellent value for your money. I highly recommend this hotel if you have a longer layover at Istanbul airport. A few restaurant options nearby and a couple of shops for drinks etc. Clean rooms with everything you need for your stay and hotel even offers complimentary coffee/tea. The hotel is also within an easy reach from Karaburun beach which i recommend visiting. Staff at the hotel is very friendly and can arrange you transfer to/from the airport if needed.”

”Checked in and got to my room, everything was normal. At 1 am someone from the staff tried to get in my room twice with some other guests. After that he came and said that there is no record of me checking in, and he needs my passport. I literally checked in a few hours before. Incredibly unprofessional and rude staff member. It’s not my problem if your system is broken, you can talk about it in the morning and not wake me up in the middle of the night.”

”Rooms are a bit compact and the AC took quite a while to cool the room but everything else was fine. Middle of July and very hot outside.
Staff were helpful. Breakfast was better than expected but don't expect your full English style. It's really about as in the middle of things as you could get.
Loved the firm mattress but some may feel different. We had two rooms and extended our stay.”
