Erinomainen palvelu!
Kiva hotelli kävelymatkan päässä Medinasta. Kattouima-allas oli mukava paikka vähän levähtää Medinan hulinan jälkeen. Palvelu oli aivan erinomaista ja erityisesti aamiaisella sai tuntea ”erityisyyttä”, kun tarjoilija oppi parin päivän jälkeen tavanomaisen tilauksen. Huoneeseen tuotiin maksuton pullovesi päivittäin. Rahanvaihto onnistuu hotellilla ihan kohtuullisen hyvällä kurssilla. Käytimme hotellin tarjoamaan kuljetuspalvelua kentältä/kentälle ja kaikki sujui hienosti.

Hotelli oli siisti, palvelu oli ystävällistä. Vaikka hotelli oli hieman "syrjässä" se oli kuitenkin kävelymatkan päässä niin uuden kaupungin puolella olevasta ostoskeskuksesta kuin esim. Ravintola Grand Poste sta. Samoin hotellilta oli kävelymatka Mediaan ja soukkeihin. Aamupala huone oli ihastuttava ja aamupalakin hyvä. Siivous toimi, mutta oli hidasta. Joskus iltapäivästä saattoi huone olla vielä siivoamatta. Alku yöstä huoneeseen tuli jostain tupakansavu vaikka olimme no smoking huoneessa. Mutta Marrakechissa sai vielä polttaa sisällä lähes kaikkialla, joten savua on vaikea täysin estää. Tilasimme hotellilta pikkusnacksejä jotka olivat hyviä.. Mm huonepalvelusta. Hotellin omaa ravintolaa emme testanneet. Vaihdoimme rahaa hotellilla ja se sujui hyvin. Suosittelisin hotellia.

Rento hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla ja aamiaisella
Hyvä palvelu, siistit ja tilavat huoneet, hyvä aamiainen ja mukava kattoterassi! Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä, kävellen pääsi niin Guelizin ”uuteen” kestustaan, Medinaan kuin Hivernagen hotellialueelle. Lähellä myös hyviä ravintoloita. Seinien läpi kuului kuitenkin välillä vähän liian hyvin esim. käytävän äänet ja keskustelut, eikä parvekkeen ovi mennyt kiinni.

We had a fantastic stay! Their guest relations manager and entire team were accommodating and always helpful. Beautiful clean rooms with spacious showers, lovely rooftop bar with impressive views and an excellent spa. We would happily stay here again.

The wifi was really bad, we used the hotspot from one of the phone's sim cards the whole time. The breakfast was included in our room so when we got a room door tag that offered breakfast in the room for an additional service charge for delivery we decided to order it. When it arrived, it turns out it was 49 euro for the two of us. When I inquired as to why the breakfast was charged if it was included they said because it was a la carte instead of coming to get it in the buffet in the dining area. I spoke with the front desk because the breakfast ordering card only said there was a fee for delivering the food to the room, it had no prices listed for "a la carte" and it wasn't mentioned anywhere on the card. It definitely felt a little shady so wouldn't recommend getting breakfast brought to the room. There is much cheaper and better food at cafes nearby. The hotel was clean and all the staff were nice. We got pedicures at the spa that definitely weren't worth the 30 euros (whole pedicure was really short and quick, no massage on the foot or legs) so if you're used to spa pedicures in the USA its not at all like that. The pool view was nice, pool itself was freezing so we didn't get to swim. All in all, glad we picked the hotel for the location and we wouldn't mind staying here again (minus the spa, wifi, and breakfast).

This is a very good hotel to stay at. It's well located in a safe and nice area of Marrakech. They offer a great breakfast which was included in our plan. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars to them is because our room located on the 5th floor was noisy at nights as they have a lounge/roof top club, so it was hard to have a good sleep. We asked for change for they didn't have room available. Other than that our experience was very good.

Excelente hotel, moderno y con todas las comodidades. Situado a 5 minutos a pie de Gueliz y a 15 de Djeema Lfnaa. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y con camas comodísimas. Tiene un lounge en sexta planta, con una pequeña piscina, vistas impresionantes, buena música y personal atento. El restaurante en la planta baja impresionante. Buena comida, buen servicio y una decoración exquisita.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. I also loved its location but what I really appreciated was the staff… every single person from the doorman, the receptionists, the cleaning crew, the restaurant personel, everyone were very polite, friendly and helpful even after they had been hit by an earthquake the night before. I moved from my hotel located in the Medina to this hotel due to the damages from the earthquake and all of them were very nice to me, specially the doorman. I cant believe how well they handle the situation the day after the earthquake, the lobby was crowded with people going crazy, with me having a nervous breakdown and them probably have their own concerns about their families and friend… and still they were very nice and very polite.

The front desk staff have poor service no manners. I asked for info about trains (ANY INFO EVEN LOCATION) and the receptionist laughed in my face. The property is nicely situated. Rooms are clean but unfortunately very very poor amenities. There was no q-tips/shower caps/ other small Bathroom things. I recommend staying away due to poor customer service and lack of amenities in a so called boutique luxury hotel

A very warm welcome, from the doorman, receptionist at the front desk, restaurant staff and cleaners! Our room was ready before our check in time as we arrived early without much delay. Every member of this hotel staff are courteous and respectful. They go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We were able to change money here, get advice on days out, find taxis and enjoy the facilities. The hammam at noally spa situated in the hotel was the most amazing experience for us, as was the massage and hair styling. The ladies are experts in their field and make you feel pampered and relaxed throughout the treatment. Rooftop terrace is a great place to enjoy drinks and soak up the sun as is the pool area on the ground floor. We ate a delicious seafood paella which was freshly made at the hotel's Patron restaurant. Breakfast was plentyful and of a good variety with excellent service!! A great location in the Gueliz district, very safe within just a short taxi ride to all the local attractions. Thank you for making our first trip to Marrakech a memorable one! We will be back.

Es war ein tolles Hotel, jedoch müsste es bald wieder renoviert werden. Der zweite Pool war voller Tauben, was nicht schlimm wäre wenn man regelmässig desinfizieren und putzen würde. Das männliche Personal war super freundlich, was man vom weiblichen Personal leider gar nicht behaupten kann. Wenn mann sich massieren lassen möchte, empfehlen wir alle normalen Massagen, da die Hammams zu teuer sind für die Leistung. Ansonsten isst man wirklich gut im Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte man abwechslungsreicher gestalten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und es ist alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

L'acoustique du bâtiment est à améliorer. fenêtres et portes mal insonorisés. Sinon l'hôtel est bien, le petidej très bon, le personnel super aimable et gentil. La terrasse Lola est le top et on y mange bien.

Im not entirely sure what the issue is with the young ladies at the front desk. After reading several reviews to the negative in this regard, I thought that maybe there were communication issues, or that the person writing the review was being unreasonable. I've done this job before and it can be challenging, so I am always willing to give front desk staff the benefit of the doubt. But I experienced Exactly the same thing in spite of being kind and patient. Even when having to ask to have our toilet fixed 3 times and going 3 flights to use the public WC because ours had stopped working completely. Finally, we asked the housekeeping lady who got on our phone and had maintenance staff in our room and the toilet fixed in about 10 minutes. The housekeeping, restaurant, maintenance, and door staff were all Excellent and we were very happy to tip them well. Unfortunately the front desk staff was unhelpful and had no interest in doing anything including their jobs. We won't be returning to 2Ciels.

Our room, 409, was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast spread was impressive, and I particularly enjoyed watching the lady make pancakes in front of us. The hotel had a modern and stylish design, with well-maintained and relaxing spaces, including two swimming pools. Although the check-in process was slow, we were offered traditional Moroccan tea while we waited. When we arrived at our room, it was not quite ready as someone was still preparing the third bed, and we had to subsequently request an additional set of towels, as it was missed during the preparation for the third occupant. During our stay, we encountered some inconvenience at the hotel. Firstly, we were informed on the rooftop terrace that we couldn't charge our drinks to our room. Then, when we visited the spa and the main restaurant bar, we were told that our room did not have a deposit and we could not put our bills on the room. This was quite disappointing since it required us to carry cash or a card with us at all times in order to use the hotel's facilities. As a result, there was a time when I had to retrieve my card from our room in order to make a payment at the rooftop bar, which may seem like a minor task but was not up to the standards one would expect from a hotel marketed as luxurious. However, when we eventually settled the bill at checkout, I surprisingly received my deposit back, so I don't really know what they were referring to when they didn't allow me to pay via the room

The hotel was very nice and conveniently located. The restaurant looked beautiful and offer great dining options. The staff was friendly and courteous. I would consider staying here again on future visits to Marrakech.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter auch im Restaurant und im Wellnessbereich. Es konnten an der Rezeption Touren organisiert werden als auch Taxis reserviert werden. Außerdem konnte man an der Rezeption Geld wechseln und wurde bestens unterstützt. im Restaurant gab es sogar glutenfreies Brot. aufgefallen ist uns auch, dass man nachts als auch am Vormittag in Ruhe schlafen konnte. Niemand hat draußen oder im Gang gelärmt und uns geweckt. Tolles Hotel, wir kommen wieder.

I have never felt so unwlecome at a hotel in my life. From the angry glare of the doorman when I approached and opened the door myself, to the annoyance at having to change me to a room that did not have FRESH OIL / LAQUER PAINT in the room. Who puts a guest in a suite that reeks like fumes? Seriously?
