”Really super hotel. Staff amazing esp Ahmed at Beach Bar, Imad at breakfast and our chambermaid Nazah. There is some refurbishment underway but no impact to our stay and it’s good to see the investment. The hotel is ideally located with its own beach area and bar which we used a lot. ”

”What a lovely stay! Within the walls of the city and a 3 min walk to the beach! This spot was special. We had a basic room and still had lovely high ceiling bedroom. The major selling point was the helpful and personal customer service and the terrace views over the beach. ”

”We spent a few nights in Andallaspa as we travelled to Atlas mountains. This hotel was very nice and gave a good value for money. Junior suites were clean and spacious, and how lovely it is to enjoy a decent breakfast on the rooftop. Hotel also provides massages and they were heaven. Location is very good too: inside the old town and close to action but the street is very quiet and you don’t hear the city inside the hotel. The only downside were the thin walls inside the hotel. ”Service level varied a lot depending on the person. Some were very rude and unhelpful, some were excellent, nice and helpful. Rooms seemed a bit outdated even they were quite spacious. Would have like to give better recommendations but few very bad encounters brought the overall ecperience significantly down.”
