”Our first time in Marrakech and it couldn’t have been a better choice. From start to finish, staff were welcoming, friendly and informative. ”Definitely an excellent location on one of the main streets of the medina, connecting the nearby Place des Ferblantiers (easy to reach by taxi, decent and inexpensive restaurants, Bahia Palace and Saadian Tombs at a walking distance) with Jemaa al Fnaa. The hotel is large and comfortable, the rooms are average (not really suitable for a longer stay) but clean. "Here's our observation from check-in to check-out: At checking-in, if there's a rush and you're told to wait by your luggage to be showed to your room and you don't want to wait, just go and take your luggage and walk to you room, because you're only waiting for someone to show you to your room. If your luggage is heavy or you have problems walking, you can request a golf cart ride. You get to your rooms from the other end of the lobby. Rooms are very spacious with cool temperature and very good AC. There are some amenities in the bathroom like bar soap, liquid shower gel and shampoo. Water is replenished every day. "

"Kiva iso vähän espanjalaistyylinen all Inc hotelli vesipuistolla ja useammalla altaalla. Vain 1 allas on kuitenkin lämmitetty 27-asteiseksi. Ruokavaihtoehtoja oli paljon buffassa (muuta ei ollut tarjolla snackbaarin lisäksi), mutta ne olisi saaneet vaihdella enemmän. Itse hotellihuone oli pienehkö neljälle ja aika kulahtanut, mutta ilmalämpöpumppu toimi. Hotelli on aika syrjässä mutta takseja saa heti ja bussi kulkee muutaman kerran päivässä keskustaan. "
