”Excellent place with amazing staff and very good location. You feel like home with high standard hospitality. Rooms are beautiful and very clean and rooftop is the place where you like to stay all day. All staff are super friendly and help you with whatever you need. This is the hotel where I’m going to stay anytime I visit Marrakech, highly recommended.”

”Yousaf and Ahmad made our stay amazing with their hospitality and service. They were able to coordinate with our driver without us getting involved and as a result everything went smoothly. The breakfast was amazing, rooms were comfortable and the overall riad was just beautiful. It is tucked away on the other side of the Medina which we liked away from the hustle and bustle. The pictures are exactly what the beautiful riad is. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to any visitor. ”

”We had an amazing first trip to Marrakech thanks to Hassan and the staff at Darchica! The riad was an oasis of calm from the busy Medina and our room was spacious, relaxing and beautifully clean. The staff are always friendly and hospitable, the pool was perfect for an afternoon dip and the food was also fantastic! We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Morocco - thank you so much for our fabulous stay.”
”Beautiful quiet riad off the busy areas. Hosts and staff were lovely and very helpful, including meeting us where the taxi could drop us and walking us to the riad, and helping us carry luggage when we left (even if we didn't need it!). Location can be a bit hard to find without guide so accept the help on arrival. Also be aware in Marrakesh some walkways in the medina near the square are closed at night so know your routes.
In the riad one feels constantly pampered. Tea and nibbles appeared...
”I wanted to stay at a traditional Moroccan riad and this property did not disappoint. It is nestled in the heart of a vibrant community but once inside guests are greeted with tranquility, Moroccan tea of course, and lots of hospitality. I loved our room, the breakfast and eating out on the rooftop garden. I would highly recommend if you want an authentic, non-commercial experience. ”

"The entire stay and experience was a disaster from the beginning to the end. Personnel was rude and hotel manager refused to meet with me to address the problems. There is a long list of problems so I wont start writing them all here. I demand a refund!!"
"Our room wasnt ready when we checked in 2 hours after the check in time had started.
The cleaning service was strange. The cleaning staff did everything in the room in about 3 to 4 turns and just walked in to the room wuthout waiting for us to say anything to do just one thing such as change the soap or bring water.
The staff in the hotel was just overall rude and comparing to other hotels during this longer trip in Morocco the service was definitely the worst of all.
Our deluxe room was spacious but the walls are paper thin. Our room was also next to the staff elevator which we could hear all the time.
There is nothing luxurious or boutique about this hotel. Its a basic hotel so if youre looking for a really nice place to stay this is not it.
Hotel is clean and the rooftop bar has good views. Breakfast was ok."
