”Riad Le Claire Fontaine where should i start.... if expedia gives the option i would put 7 stars for this Riad.
Every single aspect of our stay was just perfect. Staff (Malek, soulaiman and Mamoon) where so welcoming and always there to help even for ouside the Riad requests (placed to eat or visit) you guys rock.
Another thank you to the management of this Riad, they did an amazing job in restoration and renovatin. This Riad is cleaner and more hospital that some of the top hotels i stayed...

”Yousaf and Ahmad made our stay amazing with their hospitality and service. They were able to coordinate with our driver without us getting involved and as a result everything went smoothly. The breakfast was amazing, rooms were comfortable and the overall riad was just beautiful. It is tucked away on the other side of the Medina which we liked away from the hustle and bustle. The pictures are exactly what the beautiful riad is. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to any visitor. ”
”Little gem of a Riad
A cute little Riad in a lovely location. Clean and well presented with a beautiful roof terrace.
We arrived and were presented with tea and biscuits which was a nice touch!
Staff are very friendly and helpful, our dealings were mainly with Rashid and Rizwan. They even suggested a change in room as they were aware of the noise of the building works outside our bathroom area- we didn’t even complain so that was superb.
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a selection...

”The place is great, the service rendered is out of place. All of the staff is ready to assist you at all times. The only drawback is that to get to the hotel, someone has to be waiting for you at a plaza since someone has to guide you through alleyways, just like a maze. But, overall, it is worth it. I will stay there again in a jiffy. ”

Je le remercie pour sa gentillesse, son accueil et sa prévenance. On sent qu’il est très investit et aime ce qu’il fait.
Il nous a donné tous les bons lieux à visiter et les bonnes infos pour notre séjour.
Mon seul regret a été d’avoir prévu que 2 nuits - trop court.

”We spent here 5 nights and reallyreally enjoyed it. First impression of the tunnel to riad can give you little bit creepy feeling, and the front door would've been impossible to find without help from the riad (we had ride from the airport by riad) but when we got there it's absolutely amazing. So peaceful, and beatiful and staff is the best. They helped us with everything and anyway they could, and it was always with a smile and a welcome feeling. Choose this one, Patrick will take care of you....

"The entire stay and experience was a disaster from the beginning to the end. Personnel was rude and hotel manager refused to meet with me to address the problems. There is a long list of problems so I wont start writing them all here. I demand a refund!!"
"Service level varied a lot depending on the person. Some were very rude and unhelpful, some were excellent, nice and helpful. Rooms seemed a bit outdated even they were quite spacious. Would have like to give better recommendations but few very bad encounters brought the overall ecperience significantly down."
