”Rainwater was seeping in through the window and wetting the air conditioning unit, causing it to shut down. The breakfast service was severely neglected; there was absolutely no one there to replenish the food, despite the fact that many families were waiting to be served. Overall, the service is very poor, especially considering how expensive the rooms are.”

”Easy access to anything in the French quarter, and walkable to many other neighborhoods. Despite being right there on the edge of the French quarter, it didn't feel hectic. My room was pleasant and comfortable and the staff was an absolutely delight.”

”The hotel was grand and the pool area very nice. But the noice! We came from Europe and didn't know Bourbon street when booking the hotel and the hotel is on that street! It's terrible! I have never heard this loud noice of bars playing music next to each other starting in the early afternoon to 3.00 am. So if you are not joining this party, I really don't recommend any hotels i this area.”
