Asunnot – Marriottsville

”This property is an Extended Stay property. Grounds were in terrible condition. Common area were unkept and not clean. Room was outdated, dirty, exterior windows were cracked and spidered. In no way was this property what we were expecting from the listing, and not sure why it’s on VRBO, it’s a Motel 6 Extended Stay hotel with no hotel amenities. Saying it has a kitchen is very misleading, and not a dish, utensil, or pan in sight to even utilize the kitchen. The only positive it’s 15 min away...

”Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel”

”The place was clean and check in was seamless. It is a very basic, no frills apartment. The kitchen has very basic items. Not very conducive for cooking much. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend it for anyone needing a place to sleep but not too hang out in.”

”Only 1 roll of tissue, didn’t explain on website that it’s an apartment with people living so close. People can hear us and we can hear them in the apartment. My experience was not good. I kept getting complaints from the owner because the walls are so thin and it’s people right outside the door where I sleep. Not to mention there televisions was loud so it’s disappointing. There is no dustpan here. It said it had 3 beds but it’s only 2 beds. The tub/shower drain is also messed up when we first...

”When we first arrived it was dark outside and the neighborhood is very sketchy I did not realize that it was going to be street parking until the morning of arrival. It is in a very sketchy neighborhood at night time and we had to park two blocks away because there was a broke down truck that has been parked in front of the apartments the whole time. The whole apartment smells like marijuana every minute of the day as soon as you walked through the doors. The apartment was very well decorated...

”Perfect Maryland trip”

”We came for the weekend to go to a concert at M & T Bank Stadium. The location was perfect! It took about 10 minutes to walk to the stadium. It’s also walkable to many restaurants. The unit itself was super cute!! Communication with our host was easy and any questions we had were answered in a very timely manner. I would definitely stay here again!”

”The place was exactly as described. Family of four, with 14/11 years old. Kids loved it. Check in process was super smooth. This place had everything that you could think of and a fully functional kitchen. Lots of love and effort went into the details here. Gorgeous decor. Patio was super cute. Great location, walking distance to both stadiums, inner harbour, National Aquarium, and lots of transit options nearby. Shelley was such an amazing host. We would definitely stay here again.”
