Immersed in the tranquility of Contrada Berbaro, just a few steps from the beaches of Marsala, IL PATIO SUL MARE is a splendid independent villa that harmoniously combines comfort and nature.

The spacious open-plan living area is designed to offer bright and well-organized spaces, featuring an open kitchen that flows into the living room, furnished with a dining table and a comfortable double sofa bed. (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). The bedroom, with its double bed, is partially separated by a practical wardrobe, creating a pleasant division of space without obstructing natural light. The sleeping areas, featuring a sofa bed and a double bed, are located in a single open-plan space, ideal for families or groups of friends. The bathroom is organized into two distinct areas—one for the sink and another for the toilet and shower—ensuring functionality and convenience.

The true gem of the house is the wonderful covered patio, a peaceful retreat furnished with a dining table, sofas, and lounge chairs, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors and relaxing in the sea breeze. A lush, well-maintained garden surrounds the house, creating a magical and soothing atmosphere that makes your stay a unique experience of nature and well-being.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The accommodation also includes a private outdoor parking space.

IL PATIO SUL MARE is located in a quiet residential area near the sea. A 10-15 minute walk will take you to Lido Zelig and Marakaibbo Beach, while a Conad supermarket is about a 5-minute drive away. The historic center of Marsala, just 15 minutes by car, invites you to explore its charming cobbled streets, the majestic Chiesa Madre di San Tommaso di Canterbury, the elegant Porta Nuova and Porta Garibaldi, and the renowned Baglio Anselmi Archaeological Museum, home to the precious late-Roman shipwreck of Marausa. The area is also filled with restaurants, bars, and wine cellars, where you can savor Sicilian cuisine and taste the famous Marsala wine.

Just 20 minutes by car, you’ll find the Stagnone Nature Reserve, with its crystal-clear waters, ideal for water sports like kitesurfing or simply enjoying breathtaking sunsets.

How to get there:

By car: From Trapani Airport: Follow the Strada Scorrimento Veloce Trapani-Marsala and SS115. Entering the address into your GPS, you will reach the property in about 30 minutes. From Palermo Airport: Take the A29/E90, continue on SP21, and then follow the Strada Scorrimento Veloce Trapani-Marsala. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.

By train: The Terrenove train station, about 1.5 km away, offers frequent connections to various Sicilian cities, including Marsala, Trapani, and Mazara del Vallo.
