Super séjour entre copains ! La maison est vraiment très bien placée et surtout très bien équipée, la piscine et le terrain de foot / volley / badminton nous ont permis de vraiment bien profiter. Très bon contact avec notre hôte, nous recommandons fortement et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Spacious villa close to Cassis centre

This is a spacious and comfortable villa with a good-sized pool and large garden in a quiet and attractive location about 2 mins walk from the centre of Cassis. There is an impressive view from the garden (although you can't quite see the sea!). The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of seating and table space outside and in. Bathrooms are fine although one is a bit tired and a rather unpleasant pink! Recommended.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis. Emplacement idéal à 15/20 min à pieds du port (rude montée au retour, mais cela fait partie du charme de Cassis). Maison très charmante, chambres spacieuses, agréable jardin où adultes et enfants ont tout pour s’amuser (piscine, belle cabane en bois, balançoire, terrains de pétanque et de foot). Guy a été très réactif et à l’écoute pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. La villa Lou Bres est un excellent lieu de vacances, une adresse à garder en tête et à communiquer autour de nous !

Cassis magnifique

Hi Éloi we are very grateful for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. It was perfect for our needs. We experienced all the lovely town and beaches and rented a boat to see the coast- all we complete ease and stress free. The house suited us well with outdoor activities enjoyed by the young adults and evenings relaxing outside with food and drinks viewing the breathtaking backdrop of scenery. The house was equipped with every thing we needed for our stay and check in was easy with quick response to any queries. We would love to return to this great house and the area which Is indeed so special. Merci beaucoup Pauline

Magnifique découverte

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Cassis.... La maison est magnifique et possède ce petit supplément d’âme qui fait que vous vous y sentez bien de suite.... Elle est très bien équipée et la literie est très confortable....... Dans le jardin, vous jouissez d’une magnifique vue et nous avons pu profiter du soleil à l’abri du vent malgré un séjour en février . Nous ne nous sommes pas risqué à tester la piscine vu la saison mais cette dernière était propre et prête à recevoir nos plongeons si l’envie nous en avait pris. Nous avons par contre profiter un maximum du terrain multisport qui est un véritable atout pour des vacances avec ados ( terrain de foot, volley, badminton avec en plus un éclairage très utile qui permet de rallonger le plaisir de jouer pour les courtes soirées d’hiver). Éloi et les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse incroyable et sont aux petits soins pour que votre séjour soit un formidable moment. Ce fut pour nous une véritable déconnexion et une magnifique parenthèse en ce début d’année....Encore merci pour tout, Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ....

We loved our stay. The house and garden were brilliant and the owners very helpful and welcoming.

We were an extended family of 6 adults and 2 small children. Our Eurostar was heavily delayed but Marie Jean made us feel very welcome when we arrived and was kind enough to share some of her food and wine from her house so we didn’t go hungry which was very thoughtful. The children adored the treehouse, swimming pool and football pitch. To the extent that we have any negative comments, it wasn’t obvious where the bed sheets were and the downstairs could have done with some airing. Otherwise great, we would love to return

Lovely house and a fantastic outdoor area, nereby the magnifisant Cassis.

We had a fantastic week in the house. We were 8 adaults and 3 children. The house is very nice, and a lot og space. Clean and everything we need was there. The outdoor space was magnifisent, a nice pool to swim and have fun in, nice places to relax and eat. And a lot og space to do sport, with a boul-court, and a very nice fotball-court wich also can be badminton-court. We had a lot of matches there at night. And there is a lovely children house, who was very popular. The aeria was very cuiet, and it was a short walk to the lovely litle town. We would very much like to come back again. And we recomend the place very much.

A nice villa

We just got back from a week's stay at the Villa Lou Bres 2. The villa in itself is very nice, but there is one room on the ground floor and bathroom that needs updating- something you'd expect for a villa of this price. Two other things i would say: 1-I would not really recommend this villa for families with kids of under 3 years old. It has a lovely setting but the pool is incredibly deep in parts, and there are certain areas in the garden that are dangerous (some areas have big drops behind the walls). However, the little tree house is adorable and great fun for kids. 2-Also, the agency (Eloi) was fantastic- quick response to emails and even offered 2 cot beds since we have two young children. However, whilst I found the owner pleasant on the first day, she was very abrupt & rude to me a few days into the holidays, due to some issue with her mechanic who helped us with our car (it broke down). I do not wish to go into too much detail but I would like to point out she was totally unprofessional. I am French therefore I know there was no misunderstanding. A pity as the holiday was excellent otherwise. I would recommend this place otherwise.

This is a wonder place to stay, it is spacious and comfortable.

We very much enjoyed staying here. The location is beautiful, within walking distance to the centre. It can be used as starting point for wonderful walking tours to the calanques. The place is beautifully furbished. All amenities are available. Very recommendable.

Un endroit de rêve !

Rien à redire sur cette belle villa et sur son emplacement. Idéalement située elle jouit d'une exposition et d'un espace fantastique. L'intérieur est tel que l'on se sent comme chez dès qu'on y entre. L'accueil de la propriétaire, d'une grande gentillesse, ajoute au confort et à la sensation de faire partie du lieu. Nous n'avons pas pu tester la piscine, la saison ne s'y prêtait pas vraiment, mais on imagine assez bien des vacances d'été ici! Bref, une très belle découverte!
