”Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was spacious and clean. Kitchen had some pantry essentials and everything needed to cook some nights. The grocery store is 3-5 minutes away. The drive toAcadia took us an hour and ten minutes to an hour and a half due to traffic getting on the island. It was nice to come back to the quiet house each evening. Would highly recommend.”

”Our hosts were wonderful. They were informative and quick to respond. Why did we need to talk? Well, see the owners have a lobster boat in the water and were bringing all 9 of us a free lobster for our dinner. The house was big and no issues of water pressure or running out of hot water for our 9 showers, and our laundry! The rooms were spacious and kitchen & deck were stocked with all the dinnerware/ cookware/ seafood tools, grill, and lobster pot we needed. They had plenty of towels and...

”PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT. Excellent lakefront property. Hoise is well loved and cared for. Very clean. Plenty of outdoor area to run around. The penisula is a great spot for morning sunrises and catching some photos of loons. Many kayaks to enjoy time on the lake, laumch right fromt the beach. Plenty of indoor activities as well. The owners thought of everything when preparing the home for vacationers. There was not one time cooking that we didnt have what we needed. Kitchen is well stocked...

”We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, quiet and comfortable and waking up to a fresh sea breeze every morning was energizing. We went swimming nearly every day and took several area hikes. We also loved the proximity to Canada, and did a day trip to Campobello Island. Our only complaint: We couldn't stay longer! We can't wait to come back.”

”The cottage by the seas is amazing. Amazing location and proximity to the beach. House was very clean and well equipped with almost everything to make our stay perfect. Only two recommendations for future enhancements, the house is advertised for 6 people but dining area only seats four and, it would be awesome to have an outside dining area. ”

”This was such an amazing stay, I highly recommend it. Check in was very easy and straight forward. The bathroom was right next to the shed and was very clean inside. We had a bit of a problem with the power, but they fixed it within 5 minutes of me texting them. We had a tour of the farm which was the highlight of my Maine trip. Wish we stayed longer, thank you so much for an amazing/unique stay!! ”

”Stayed for a week and enjoyed every moment. The house was clean and very well-equipped. The location was very private and easy to access. We swam every day. The lake and waterfront were very swimmable, but I recommend wearing water shoes as it can be a bit rocky. Proximity to the coast and Eastport, Lubec, etc, is great. We were very comfortable here. We had our 80-pound dog, Stella, with us, and she approves as well. We would definitely return. Zero complaints.”

”We really enjoyed our stay. Sandy beaches are rare for this area, and our kids had a great time exploring the rocky coastline and playing in the sand. We saw interesting wildlife, and watched the boats go in and out of the bay each day. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the owners were excellent communicators, responding right away to any questions that we had.”

”Lovely home surrounded by meadow with fantastic views of the bay. There are things to do close by, especially hiking with a nearby coastal trail that runs over 5 miles. Or just sit and watch the bay - bald eagles, osprey, all kinds of shorebirds; we even saw seals hunting walking the shore near sunset. Cannot say enough.”
