”We loved the cleanliness of the property. The inside is beautiful, and loved how it was decorated! The only drawback is that it’s very loud from traffic and outside noise even though it’s in a quiet area. You can hear everything outside all night. It seems like something isn’t insulated with windows or walls. We had to use the earplugs they provide in hotel to drown out some of the sound, and even then you can hear every car. We were bummed about that, and we wish the hot tub was heated for...

”The hallways were so hot! Our room was cool, but my best friends was so hot she was miserable. The pool wasn’t open at 8am, and we had to wait until 9 for it to open, but they did allow for a later check out time for that reason.
Breakfast was great!
I never saw anything about the $35 parking a night, and it’s a small walk back to the hotel from the parking garage.”

”AC is on a motion sensor, which is a really bad idea in Texas. Our room was often so hot, humid, and weird smelling when we were away from it, the carpet practically felt spongy at times because of the humidity. It would also cycle off sometimes at night which made sleeping really uncomfortable. The front desk was incredibly unhelpful about stuff like this and didn’t seem to care. Also our tv remote didn’t work, no info about WiFi or tv channels, and the mattress pad was made for a smaller size...

”The hotel was under room renovations. The room and areas that we were in were not affected by these renovations and it was actually quiet. The customer service was excellent, from the check in to the wait staff at Gabriel’s restaurant. The food at the restaurant was very good. Everyone I came into contact with was courteous, professional, and had a smile in their face.”
