The apartment is a basement studio with a cozy, cute feel, and the view of the marsh is definitely a highlight—especially from the patio area, which was a great spot to relax. ”Everything about our stay was top notch. Host communicated a couple days before our stay with instructions for entry and departure. Very easy. Clean and comfortable throughout the apartment. King bed was most comfortable for a good night sleep. Bathroom clean, had toiletries and plenty of towels and a good shower. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. A nice supply of various coffee pods, tea and sugar for your morning brew. Location within walking distance to everything....

”Overall, property was good. However, it is not a corner unit, has very small peak of ocean, and has very little to no noise proofing from upstairs unit. You can hear everything from upstairs unit- as if why are in your unit! Property management was nice and responsive and offered to place us in alternative unit with no ocean view and overlooking a parking lot at a reduced rate.
