”Entering the hotel was very difficult, especially with luggage. One can not get close to the hotel with car, so the guests have to carry their luggage a good distance. The room was very small, inadequately equipped and had practically no cupboards or storage space. The beds were comfortable.”

”The parking was good, always available . The room was pleasant. The food was good. The problems were - the position on a hectic main road, I didn’t see it mentioned on there review. The heat, though the weather was not hot you could barely open the windows and then had to shut them because of the noise of the traffic and then there was black mold on the bottom of the shower. The staff were pleasant though breakfast was not explained very well!”

”Very clean room, very comfortable bed. Bathroom is lovely and shower is great.
Hallways are a little dated decor wise but apart from this all good.
Staff are super friendly and helpful.
Over night car park charge of £16.
Did not dine in restaurant on this occasion or use the leisure facilities as we’re visiting friends.
Would happily stay again.”

”Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has heartfelt staff who made us feel welcome. The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, and we loved having a nice breakfast served right to our table each morning.
The hotel itself is in a beautiful building and neighborhood, with the added convenience of having parking available. It's in a fantastic location, with several nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby. We especially enjoyed being able to easily walk to Bute Park, and from there, on to...

”Rooms in The Manor are tired and in need of decorating. Bathrooms look fairly new which is great but the actual bedrooms at usually £148 a night are in dire need of updating. We had no hot water for the first night as there was a problem with the boiler. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, but I feel they hear a lot of the same complaints most of the time. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. The shuttle service was great too but the car parking charges are excessive!! Drinks at the bar...
