Communication from the hotel was excellent, and the whole experience was easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The only issue was that I could not get the wifi to work during my whole visit, even following the directions to reset it. I didn't even attempt to ask for help though, so that's on me.

Nous avons apprécié la clarté de l'appartement, les équipements (manquaient peut-être juste quelques étagères dans la salle de bain). Hôtel très bien situé et tout à proximité. Très pratique avec les bus et le train tout près et les restaurants en bas de l'immeuble à côté. Deux petites choses à changer mais Melissa la manager a été réactive. Le contact avec elle a été parfait. J'aurais juste voulu la rencontrer en personne ! Seul regret !

1.5 rolls of tissue paper is not enough for a 3 persons family which has been informed no refill. Tableware and cleaning facilities are excellent.

Terrible place
Unfortunately the whole stay was terrible. You have a feeling that you live in the metro station with those thin hearthrough walls. You hear hotel music in the nights inside of you’re room. My wife forgot card in the hotel, we were 2 people that got only 1 card. They tried to make her pay 1000 sek for opening her hotel room, sickest thing I have seen in Swedish hotels. There is no document control whatsoever. Anyone can go to hotel and they have no idea what are those people. I payed extra comparing to other deals to be close to both Stockholm and Arlanda, after trusting good reviews But it was a mistake to trust only 35 possibly fake reviews and book long stay there. No cleaning whatsoever in the hotel. Even if you book for 28 days. Extremely strange hygiene routine, I think in Sweden they must have it at least once a week to prevent serious hygiene problems. I could write more, but I think I described well enough level of that place, can’t call it hotel.

Mycket trevligt rum och tack för uppgraderingen🙏 Vi skall boka in för nästa period idag 20-25/2 hoppas vi kan få uppgradering igen❤️ Vi saknade extra kuddar och ett set av handdukar när man bor en längre period. Sofiene var fantastisk, vi frågade efter extra nyckel och vips så var det ordnat!

It was my first stay in the Arkaden hotel due to my regular hotel being closed down during the pandemic. From the moment I walked in , it was just a pleasant experience. I was greeted by the manager, who showed me to my room and explained everything to me . I also had an upgrade on my room which was quite nice . The apartments have a fantastic size , they are very clean , and the bathroom/ shower room was very clean , and had a good size . I will definitely come back , thank you so much for everything. It was a pleasure to stay in the hotel .

Het concept - een eigen appartement in een hotel - is fantastisch! Winkelcentrum aan de overkant. Diverse restaurantjes onder het hotel. Station te belopen. Bussen bijna voor de deur. Natuurgebied vlakbij. Maar bovenal een heerlijke 'kamer'... van alle gemakken voorzien: Losse matrassen, fris beddengoed. Douche (wel voor maar 1 persoon :) ), toilet, wastafel, handdoeken. Kitchenette volledig ingericht, ook met vaatwassertje, kookgedeelte, koelkast, schoonmaakbenodigdheden. Mooie TV. Zeer vriendelijke Hotel-manager!!! Let op bij boeken! : Dit hotel beschikt ook over kamers zonder raam. Voor ons is het prima opgelost; waarvoor wij zeer dankbaar waren!!

Bonjour Khelifa, Merci pour votre avis. Cependant, il est clairement indiqué que chaque chambre a son propre Wifi (caché) et comment s'y connecter, il n'est donc pas nécessaire d'essayer de se connecter au Wifi Guest, qui a une portée ne dépassant pas la réception (le salon au 2ème étage ) alors que votre chambre est au 5ème étage. Nous travaillons très dur pour atteindre les plus hauts niveaux de satisfaction client tout en étant toujours prêts à répondre à toutes leurs questions et souhaits, dommage que vous ayez préféré nous le faire savoir après votre départ, alors qu'il aurait fallu d'une (1) minute pour vous l'expliquer et le configurer. Toutefois, nous serons très heureux de vous offrir notre meilleure chambre lors de votre prochaine visite. Sincèrement, Sofiene Ellouze Directeur de l'hôtel

I stayed at Arkaden many times, both short and long stays, and I must say that the hotel is quite wonderful. The hotel is rather new and has everything in excellent condition: the rooms are large, tastefully decorated and very bright (with tall and beautiful windows), everything is spotless clean, the hotel is quiet and very safe. It is close to many shops and restaurants. Moreover, it is very easy to get to the airport and Stockholm, as the bus stop is right across the street and the train station is within walking distance. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager, Sofiene Ellouze, is very professional, very welcoming, and always available, either by phone or in person, to make your stay more comfortable. He sent us complete directions for an easy self-check in, which was very convenient. I will definitely return.

Long stay in the apartment
It was a very comfortable and clean hotel. You check in and out autmatically based on the info sent prior to you arrival. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all necessary equipment. We were staying in the large apartment, we had a washing and drying machines, too, but there is a shared room where you can wash. It is in the center of Marsta. The hotel manager is a very helpful, he helped us in everything when we needed. I can definitely recommend this place to stay, good value for money.
