"Everything here was great except for the room cleanliness on arrival and the check-in process. Check-in is for 3 PM, but at 3PM my room was not ready. At 3:20 PM, my room still was not ready. At that point, I went to go eat at the buffet and returned at 4:30 PM to which my room was finally ready. ..."

"This resort was very beautiful and very family friendly. But if you would prefer a resort for adults only, I don’t recommend it. The beach also had a lot of rocks and seaweed so it wasn’t as enjoyable. Other than that, food was great!"
