The room was very clean, the hotel was lovely and clean. The spa was amazing and all the staff in the hotel were very friendly. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again 🙂

Laguna Hotel
Rooms dated. Could do with re decorating and a bit more modern. New mattress and new bedding wouldn't hurt. + Location, surrounding environment, service, historic building - Cold room (in Aug), no AC, could hear everything through walls and windows, mold in bathroom, carpet did not feel clean Neutral: breakfast same English breakfast every morning
