A wonderful trullo featuring traditional and charming architecture, equipped with every comfort to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people in 100 square meters. The property is located in the countryside of the Itria Valley, just outside Locorotondo, where you can enjoy a completely relaxing vacation and easily explore the surrounding area by car. The garden features a comfortable above-ground pool, a patio overlooking the surrounding valley, and a barbecue for hosting wonderful outdoor dinners. Parking included!



The 100-square-meter property is located on the first floor of a trulli complex (please note there is one step at the entrance) and is laid out as follows:



- KITCHENETTE equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, toaster, kettle, blender, conventional oven, and microwave

- DINING AREA with a dining table and TV

- LIVING AREA with armchairs

- BEDROOM I with a double bed and closet

- BEDROOM II with two single beds

- BATHROOM equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower



Note: There is no door between the two bedrooms; they are separated by a curtain.



The spacious garden features:

- Two parking spaces

- Above-ground pool (open from mid-June to mid-September)

- Covered patio equipped with a barbecue, sink, table, and chairs

- Gazebo with small sofas.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, fan, mosquito nets, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Note: The fireplace in the dining area is NOT operational.



Seven days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Martina Franca.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
