”Everything was excellent. The Buffett in the morning was perfect! The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We came to Groningen to see the city where, in 1945 the war ended while my Dad was with the Canadian Army liberating The Netherlands. I have a picture of him toasting the end of the war with a local man. He was 22 at the time. The city is beautiful and friendly. ”

”Friendly staff & very polite, hotel is situated in the center of Groningen & approximately a15min walk from the train station. Plenty of choices for breakfast, certain areas of the hotel are in need of decorating along with new carpets ( tripping hazard) did not see any wheelchair access ”

”Käytössämme oli siisti ja tilava huone. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja asiointi englanniksi oli vaivatonta. Aamiainen oli erittäin runsas ja monipuolinen. H”
”The hotel was clean and cozy and the room as well. It is worn out but I like the vibe that you get from things like that.
However, our room suddenly went ice cold on the second night (no warm water or heating), but I guess it truly was therefore a vintage experience since they weren't used to modern living conditions back then so I can only blame myself for booking an old-timey hotel. Nevertheless, our room also had draft from bad insulation so pack warm regardless if staying during wintertime...

”Står i beskrivelsen at det er basseng på stedet, det stemmer ikke. Dette var skuffende ellers en fin plass med bademulighet på campingplassen ved siden av.”
"Nice hotel, I stayed one night so didn’t have time explore but it seems to be little out of nowhere, but free parking! Comfort room was really spacious and nice. Pillow was awful, hard as a rock! Bathroom doesn’t have door but toilet does have. Restaurant wasn’t good in evening but breakfast was nice. Little side note here - coffee and tea in room, however you can hardly call Lipton Yellow Label a tea and papercups were also way too small to make tea from a teabag."
"I got my payment card taken from my hotel room by the cleaning people. They eventually gave it back but no apology or anything from the staff. I was wondering if I can even leave any items in the their rooms. It should be a standard that guest items from the rooms should not be taken by the employees. The breakfast was good."
