Elevator got stuck... No microwave or breakfast.... Should've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. My grandson was so sad he couldn't make himself a waffle. Pretty hotel though...

All the staff were very friendly. The breakfast selection was the best. Coffee in the lobby 24 hours and free cookies in the evening!! There were some renovations being done but it did not interfere with the cleanliness. We stayed in a suite with queen beds and it was so nice. Highly recommend.

The whole place is so adorable! We loved the decor and how cozy it was.The hot tub was easy to access and perfect for a snowy night. The only downside of the stay was we didn’t see King George.
