âWe had a wonderful stay at the Alpha Hotel. The hosts are lovely and helpful. Breakfast was nice. There are two small markets in the area in case you want to grab some snacks. There is a bus stop nearby and a town where you can catch a train to Zermatt for example. There is a small play house on the property which includes a slide and some swings if you are traveling with little ones . Overall we would definitely stay here again.â

âWe found this hotel via the app, and figured weâd take little detour to get there. This âlittle detourâ was half an hour on serpentine roads through a mostly uninhabited Italian landscape, and the inhabitated parts looking a little like the rural parts of Alabama.
When we finally arrived in the little village, we got an eerie feeling of being on the set of âDeliveranceâ. Do they even have electricity here? Did I hear a banjo playing from the woods? Is this our final destination?

âWe booked this hotel at the last minute due to realizing a different hotel we had booked was much further from our destination than we thought. The staff were extremely friendly. When we told them that we would be checking out very early the next morning, they made us a packed lunch to take on our trip.
