Villa Micelli is a small villa with lush garden, located in a residential complex of townhouses, quiet and guarded both at night and during the day.
The large garden with flower beds and manicured plants, which is partly paved, is complemented by 2 comfortable verandas shaded by wooden canopies, one in the front with an outdoor sitting area, and one in the back, allowing you to spend time outdoors at any time of the day.
The back veranda, in particular, is equipped not only with a table and chairs, but also with a barbecue and sun loungers, and an outdoor shower to cool off when returning from the sea.
The interiors of Villa Micelli are on two levels, connected by both external and internal stairs.
On the ground floor, in addition to the spacious living room with 1 double sofa bed and open kitchen, there are also 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room.
On the upper floor there are 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom with two single beds + cot. On this floor there are 2 more shower rooms.
Air conditioning is present in all bedrooms. In the large paved space in the garden there are as many as 4 parking spaces.
In the adjacent cottage resides the owner.

Villa Micelli is located in a residence with janitor in Campomarino di Maruggio, in a quiet area, right near the Ayala pine forest and thus just a few minutes` walk from the wonderful beaches of Ayala, Commenda and Lido Cavalieri.
The lively center of the seaside resort, with the marina and all the main services, is less than 1 km away.
The long beaches of Campomarino di Maruggio are famous for their soft, golden sand, dunes scented with Mediterranean vegetation, crystal-clear blue sea and in seabeds from which, here and there, striking rocky outcrops emerge.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. 
- It is located within a residential complex. The owner lives in the adjacent villa.
- The triple bedroom has a pouf bed.
