”Yes for freshness. Food was okay”

”The room had a musty smell. I forgot my shoes went back 10 minutes later and after realizing I forgot them I went back. Had a hard time finding someone at front desk. Had to track down someone from housekeeping, and they already took my shoes out of the room. Have a feeling it’s a good thing. I went back when I did or never would’ve had my shoes because they said there was no lost and found.”

”The staff were most welcoming and very pleasant and helpful. I travel with my service dog and really appreciated the pet area at the front of the hotel, breakfast was fresh with a good variety of hot food and the typical breakfast cereals. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay again in the future.”

”Loved the large suite. Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent. Would stay here again if in the cortland area.”

”Older motel that has been refurbished nicely. Smaller room with shower only but fine for me. Bed was comfy and area was quiet during stay.”

”Toilet was not screwed down properly. TV didnt work. Shower was hot. Room was so humid that there was condensation on the inside of the windows at night even with the air on. Wouldn't recommend staying here unless its an emergency situation”

”Great pool, free lobby coffee and tea, easy check-in/check-out; property was welcoming to a large group; rooms were top notch. One worker seemed very confused about how to obtain pool towels, however the rest of the workers throughout the stay were functional and successful at things. Breakfast was delightful and the breakfast attendants were helpful and took their jobs very seriously. Gus the Groundhog, their property whistle-pig, cordially chowed on spilled Fruit Loops on the back patio...

”Check in was somewhat of a challenge considering there was very spotty cell service at this property. The room smelled a little musty. Toilet was dirty. No curtain on bathroom window. Comforter had debris on it. Tip for staff reflecting how the room was found. No breakfast included.”

”Safety was beyond an issue. There were people screaming at 4:00 in the morning and somebody tried to break into my room at around the same time. My family went into the pool for the last hour that it was open and the kids were so rowdy that were there. You had children that were peeing in the corner and defecating by the pool. They will also throwing the mats that are there so people don't slip into the pool on people's heads. My daughter is from the Bronx and she even got out the pool. Nobody...

”Rooms smelled dirty and like wet dogs. Videoed a crawling bug on the bed sheet, cigarette burns on sheets. Linens unclean. One of the rooms key card wouldn’t work and they only had one key to open it which we had to go to office to request. Not safe , chain not available on door to keep intruder out. No amenities except junk doughnuts and few pieces of fruit. No cereal, juice milk. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Expedia should not advertise this place.”
