We stayed two nights at the hotel. Old town and city center near even by walking. Room was clean and spacy. Staff was friendly. It took only about 30 min by car to visit Pacific coast, namely small city Hervey Bay.

While I found the room ok and the staff very helpful and friendly I had a problem with the shower over a plunge bath. I have osteo in one leg and was afraid of falling without a non slip mat or a railing to hold onto. Thank you

The room was in ordinary condition. The bathroom light did not work. In the main room only 1 of the 2 lights worked, timber carpentary needed repairing and there were some renovations happening in other rooms. This location is amazing! Having what is practically your own private beach right at your back door is wonderful. The views were a constant delight. The house is perfect with everything you could need. Local cafes were a short walk away as were other swimming spots if you wanted something a bit different. ...
