”Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. ”

”Clean room, cozy environment, excellent location, good breakfast, and great service! However, depending on the room, there can be quite a bit of noise. It’s not so much from the street—which gets quieter at night—but more from inside the hotel, starting around 6 a.m.”

”Very clean and eclectically decorated. Loved the woodwork and retro stylings. It was a very unique style that was great compared to cookie-cutter modern chains. A great place with easy access to Inner Harbor and Federal Hill. Super close to both stadiums. ”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Our shower was hot, only the first time we showered. The next two, were borderline cool/cold which was TERRIBLE FOR US. Granted, everything else was fine but the cold showers really ruined it for us”
