”Everything was great”

”Love that there’s a bar / restaurant on property, but the facility just feels old and not well maintained. One elevator was out of service for the entire time, and the remaining one felt like it’s on its last legs, very slow. Room cleaning - one room had prior guests food leftovers still in the fridge, and the other had the toilet seat up & toilet paper roll messy, as if someone had used it since it’d been cleaned.”

”The entire hotel looked a bit run down if one looked at it up close, but the inside of the room was acceptable and the bed was comfortable enough. There was also good water pressure in the shower. However, one of the handles on one of the drawers was broken and never replaced, and the bathtub needed to be resurfaced. Similarly, the room appeared clean overall, but the water holding part of the coffee machine was so dirty that I could not drink coffee in the morning. Only one packet of decaf...

”Our stay was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the clean, modern atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast was a highlight—the selection was diverse and delicious, and the chef was exceptionally friendly and welcoming to everyone. I think it would be a perfect experience if the front desk team could match that same level of warmth; a more welcoming tone at check-in and check-out would go a long way in making guests feel truly valued from the moment they arrive.”

”When we arrived, we can't find a single person at the desk. I been look around and yell hello, hello, no one come. I call the front desk number 2 times then a man appear. The wall is very thin. We can hear people talking from the next room clearly. The breakfast area is too small not much of seat for the guests in that morning. The breakfast not much of an option. Everything else are great the room were clean and roomy.”

”The room smelled and there was hair on the bed. We received another room that smelled worse but cleaner. The hair dryer didn't work but they brought us a new one and the Faust to the tub came off the wall. The mirror in the bathroom was cracked and the walls were in bad shape.”

”Historic downtown we are history meshes with modern amenities. We came for Spartan day at York College, where my son will be a new student in the fall. After a long ride, how lovely it was to enter this extremely spacious Room with old time charm. Lots of details and thought put into the aesthetics of this landmark hotel.. price is unbelievable, we didn’t have time to stay for breakfast or to check out the rooftop lounge but now I know where will be staying every time we visit over the next four...
