”Ok alue Laurelissa, motelli oli nuhjuinen mutta siisti. Ei ötököitä. Aamupalaksi muroja, leipää ja kahvia. Sänky mukava, ilmastointi ei käyttökelpoinen mutta emme sitä tarvinneet. ”This property is aging out and in need of major upgrades. The putter corridor is a detached motel. The hotel is engulfed in all manner of odor. The continental breakfast was the equivalent of a vending machine with no hospitality. The internet was non existent for my work laptop as well as my iPad forcing me to use my cell as a hotspot. The only highlight was checking out. I started to write the MD health code department because this operation is long overdue for inspection.”

”Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu. It was late, we didn’t have time to argue, and the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort.”

”It's really a lot of money to pay when the cleaners can't bring yi things that you need when you give them the things that have lredy been used I have been here 2 weeks and no one has offered to clean the room I have had to clean it myself I feel I should be getting a discount for having to go out of my way to get the things I need for the room and having to clean it myself”

”This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The entire property was dirty, smelled terrible, and looked nothing like the pictures online. I was shocked and disappointed from the moment I walked into the room. There were roaches crawling all over the bathroom, including on the sink and around the toilet. The towels appeared dirty, and the room did not look like it had been properly cleaned. They brought a bucket with a pitcher to our room so we could pour water over our heads while standing in the shower.
