Unprofessional booking and reception
"I had prepaid 4 rooms, but only 3 were available. The personnel were about to send one of us to a different hotel, but we insisted to stay as one group. After 75 minutes, they "found" a fourth room that was dirty, full of mosquitos and the room lock did not work. No apologies or compensation. Otherwise, ..."

"Nice hotel with huge bedroom. No problem of electricity, hot water. Breakfast correct. Price good. If I compare to a famous hotel not far from this one, Gloria Inn is much better. This hotel must be known."
