”One of my favorite stays while I visited Nicaragua. It is not only because of the amazing views or the beautiful rooms, but the staff. They are warm and friendly, building connections and community. All staff members were great, but Keiling, Alejandro, and Omar went out of their way for me. ”

Hotels.com needs to look into this issue!! Water in both pools had an oily surface, not entirely clean.”
