The villa offers a year-round outdoor pool, even in autumn and November, plus a heated whirlpool—ideal for relaxing in any season surrounded by Sicilian nature. The outdoor area includes a garden, covered terrace, open terrace, panoramic balcony, and barbecue, perfect for dining under the stars.



On arrival, you'll find a welcome kit with fresh products: lemons, seasonal fruit, coffee, olive oil, and local spices. The host is available for tips on restaurants, Etna excursions, beaches, and attractions.



Cot, high chair, and workspace available. No Wi-Fi: ideal for an authentic Sicilian nature experience.

The property offers access to a shared outdoor area with garden, hot tub and pool, open terrace and covered terrace. We recommend visiting nearby destinations such as Etna, Taormina, Sant’Alfio, Catania, Acireale, Acicastello, and the beaches of San Marco and Marina di Cottone. The apartments benefit from natural cooling thanks to the villa’s location. There are 8 parking spaces on the property and free street parking. One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties or events are not permitted. For your safety, cameras are installed in common areas. Homemade products are offered. Waste sorting guidelines are provided, with more information on site. Lighting is energy-saving and sustainable materials were used for insulation.
