POOL, RELAXATION, GREENERY, ETNA AND THE SEA

The villa is located in Pedara, a picturesque town in Etna Park, 15 km from Catania, 18 km from the beach, and 50 km from Taormina. Its modern style, while respecting local colors and shades, adds a touch of elegance. The villa features a 500 sqm garden with a pool and a barbecue area. From many parts of the house, you can enjoy views of the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna.



The interior is spread over two levels: on the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The living room also offers two double sofa beds. The house is fully equipped for a perfect holiday surrounded by greenery and peace. The pool is shared with the owner, who lives only on the lower floor with a separate entrance and is away working all day, so common areas are almost private.



Events like birthdays, bachelor parties, graduations, etc., must be agreed upon on site with the owner.
