”This was a totally adorable, unexpected, charming hotel. The location - on a gorgeous marsh with a view - was unbeatable. Next time we visit, we will make sure we work in time to use the free kayaks the hotel offers. The price was unbeatable. The coffee in the lobby was good. We truly appreciated the late checkout. ”We stayed here four nights in June. Hotel is very comfortable, absolutely clean and we liked the place a lot. Girls loved the swimming pool. There is a very good breakfast place nearby called Marshland and nice cafes (that close early) in Sandwich. It is a good place for exploration of the part of Cape Cod nearer to mainland. We reached the nice restaurants at Wellfleet, the Town Neck Beach nearby and the beaches at Cape Cod National Seashore from here easily on the daily exploration trips. The...

”Room very clean but in need of repair. Would have liked more coffee mugs and a bigger keurig pot. We had a suite with an adjoining room and a tiny single pot in suite was insufficient. It was not a keurig so did not take Keurig pots left in room. The room was very quiet and comfortable and with a few amenities, we would return.”
