Really a fantastic throwback to the early days of mom and pop facilities before corporations overwhelmed tourism.

”The room was a nice size room for 4, clean but there wasn't enough bath towels for 4 just 2 and it would have been nicer if there were bigger. They had shampoo and conditioner put it just a small packet but again not enough for 4 people. There's a great store nearby called thr Ocean State Job Lot on 285 Main Street on Buzzards Bay with excellent prices on bath sheet towels $8.99/each. They have great restaurants one called the Pilot House 20 mins away, Loafy Loft with great Vietnamese ice...

”Had another wonderful stay at the Lighthouse Inn! Change of ownership brought updates that are very nice although very different! Love the new bar, but was not accessible due to a private wedding event. Not serving lunch or dinner just yet but dining room looks lovely!! Can’t wait to stay agin when fully up and running! ”My husband and I have been coming to this hotel every year and have always enjoyed our stays, which is why this year’s experience was so disappointing.
