Immerse yourself in the vintage comfort of MULINO NUOVO, one-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of a residential building in the quiet Maslianico, just a few minutes from Como Lake. Comfortable and cozy, this place offers the right space for couples, families and small groups, with two double bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and serve meals: you will feel right at home! Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, complete the apartment. Mulino Nuovo has access to the residential garden, where you can relax in the greenery in the open air.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, but you can park in the free or paid public car parks close to the building.

What's nearby: 
In a 5-minute walk you can reach the small historical center of Maslianico, the Church, the sports field, the various bars and cafés where you can enjoy a good breakfast and the restaurant “L’Asinaccio” in the square, where you can taste typical Como specialties and gourmet dishes. A few minutes by car you reach the village of Tavernola, with its large shopping center Bennet and the small pier to take the boat to Como or to the most famous tourist resorts of Lake Como, such as Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Bellagio. The famous town of Cernobbio, with its Riva and its boutiques, is a 5-minute drive, and the center of Como is a 10-minute away. The Swiss border is 1 minute away.

How to arrive: 
If you arrive by car, from the A9 motorway take the "Como Lago" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 5/10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. 
If you arrive by train, from Como San Giovanni station, go down the stairs and cross the road; arrive at the "Como Recchi" stop. Take the bus N.6 (direction Maslianico) for 23 stops and get off at the stop "Maslianico, Dogana" (about 20 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
