The complex is set in a family-friendly neighbourhood near the town of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi and is conveniently close to a supermarket, the bus stop and the nearest restaurant.



The resort overlooks a beautiful, landscaped garden of stone terraces, flower-filled borders and lawns edged with Mediterranean plants. On-site catering facilities for outdoor events include a pizza oven and barbecue. Enjoy alfresco dining or relaxing in the shade of the villa’s private patio while the kids play on the lawns or in the pool, or retreat to the privacy of your rooftop terraces with jacuzzi.



The first and the biggest villa has at the entrance an attractive patio that leads into bright, contemporary interiors with an open-plan kitchen/living room, separated by a small breakfast bar, and modern bedrooms and bathrooms. French windows from the bedrooms lead onto a second outdoor patio. The villa has air conditioning throughout, a small fitness centre and parking facilities.



The second villa entrance leads into a living room with two sofa beds, a fireplace, television, and a dining table with chairs. Another door leads into the kitchen which has a fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, and other small appliances, in addition to double doors out to the garden. The bedrooms are on the first floor.



The third villa has a living area with well-equipped corner kitchen, a dining table and chairs, and two sofa beds.
