Casa Mariavittoriaa pidetään upeasti yllä kalusteistaan lamppuihin asti. Kustannuksia ei ole säästetty, ja tunnettuja eurooppalaisia suunnittelijoita on kuultu ja palkattu hankkeen loppuun saattamiseksi.
Yksi sen tärkeimmistä piirteistä on uskomaton 180 asteen näkymä, jota voi nauttia sekä talon sisäpuolelta ett�� suurilta yksityisiltä terasseilta. Jopa upea näköala Caprin saarelle voi nauttia auringon vieressä minibaarin vieressä, joka sijaitsee pohjakerroksen terassilla. Kävijöitä iski talon häikäisevä valkoinen ja sininen meri, joka tekee ilmapiirist�� täydellisen pitkän rannikolla vaeltavan päivän jälkeen.
Omaisuus jakautuu kahteen kerrokseen: pohjakerroksessa on iso olohuone, joka puolestaan pääsee terassille. Pohjakerroksessa on olohuoneen lisäksi keittiö, kahden hengen makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone suihkulla. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kylpyhuone kylpyammeella; Kahden hengen huone, jossa on myös panoraamaterassi. Tässä kodikkaassa ja tilavassa talossa on kaikki mukavuudet, joita voit pyytää, ja viimeisen�� mutta ei vähäisimpänä, se on täysin ilmastoitu.

We had great time.

The communication and care Alessia took to make sure we had a great stay was exceptional. The location was just what we wanted and we had a great time exploring the Amalfi coast from this location. Only negative was that the hot tub was not working when we arrived and took almost three days of our five day stay to get hot enough to get in. Otherwise it was great.

Most spectacular view!!

The location on the hillside overlooking Capri is absolutely spectacular!! We loved being near Sorrento for grocery runs and dinners but really enjoyed being outside the city for beautiful evenings under the stars near the peaceful lemon and olive gardens. We traveled from the US as a family and felt comfortable in the house. We had to purchase charger adapters to have at the house for our electronics. The USB connectors at the house were inoperable. We loved hiking the Pathway of the Gods in Positano and the Limoncello E-bike Tour. The hot tub at the house is as amazing at it looks on the VRBO website!!! We ate several meals at the house and found the kitchen with all the necessities. We washed clothes and was thankful to have a washer on site. We adjusted to local tradition of drying clothes on the clothes line. The owners were wonderful and communicated with us in advance of our arrival and ensured the property manager would be there to greet us upon our arrival. This is a must stay VRBO!! We would love to return someday!!

Highlight of our Holiday

Beautiful apartment near Sorrento

The property is gorgeous with beautiful views of the sea and Capri. Small pool was refreshing after a hot day out and about. Nunzio, the property manager, was a joy to work with and very helpful in planning activities around the area. The only negative is there is not much within walking distance of the place. Otherwise, I highly recommend the property.

Everything was just perfect: very beautiful furnishings, incredible terrace with a view over Naples, Ischia and Capri and breathtaking sunsets. The service was better than in any hotel. Nunzio answered every question within seconds and organised everything perfectly for us: Transfer, rental car, check-in and an unforgettable boat trip. Absolutely to recommend!

What a gem of a property!

This flat is spectacular - it's located away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to the action to feel like you're a part of it. It's clean and modern, and beautifully appointed with the added bonus of a wonderfully responsive management company. If you are on the fence about booking this property for your next holiday - just do it! You will love your stay!

Une magnifique maison avec très belle vue. Le jacuzzi était top. Nous avons juste eu un petit problème technique qui ne nous a pas permis de nous baigner autant que nous aurions voulu mais l'endroit est idyllique. Attention tout de même avec des enfants en bas âge, l'escalier intérieur n'est pas totalement sécurisé. Je recommande cet endroit. J'y retournerai avec plaisir dès demain !

Stunning Home with Breathtaking Views

Such a beautiful place! We looked all over the coast at homes to rent & could not be happier with our choice. We debated over Positano, Amalfi & Sorrento, but are so glad we chose Sorrento! While the photos are beautiful, they don't even begin to do this place justice. Our host simply could not have been sweeter, or more attentive. She gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants & activities (we highly recommend the private boat tour out to Capri! A definite highlight of our trip) & even brought us some fresh basil one day. So kind. The owner is also delightful and very attentive. He takes wonderful care of his property. The home is about a 5-10 minute drive outside of town & is in the perfect spot for peace & stunning views. Everything is very comfortable & beautiful. Cannot recommend this home more. Thank you for beautiful memories!

Amazing

We loved this property. This property was the highlight of our stay. I initially wondered if we should have stayed in Positano or along the Amalfi coast, but couldn’t have been more satisfied with location. I am so glad we didn’t stay in the overpriced and overly touristy towns along the Amalfi coast. This is a gorgeous and tastefully decorated property, views just as good as those from the top of the chairlift on the island of Capri, and not the crazy tourist scene that takes away from the beauty of some of the towns along the coast. You can easily drive to Positano and Sorrento from here, and take the ferry ride over to Capri for a day or night. The boat ride that Nunzio coordinated for us with Salvatore (private, along the Amalfi coast) was the other highlight of our trip. The boat ride consisted of snorkeling, visit to Positano, wine and champagne on the boat, a trip to a private natural swimming pool that had been part of a old Roman Senator’s home, lunch at a restaurant on the water, waterfalls, etc. This was an awesome way to explore the Amalfi coast without the headache of driving it all. You would have to be crazy to pass up the quality and price of this property. I loved it so much I spent the last half of our last night there sleeping on the lounge bed on the terrace watching the sunrise!

Modern Style Home with Spectacular View

This property has a spectacular view of the Island of Capri and plenty of space to relax outside on the deck or in the hot tub. There is a close-by bus stop that takes you to Sorrento within 10-15 minutes for 3 Euros one way. If you go the opposite direction, you'll arrive at the town of Massa Lubrense within 5-10 minutes, where they have many restaurants. We went to the Taverna del Capitano, which had amazing food, service and ocean view. On the other hand, the kitchen is not for the consummate cook, but had enough of the basics to make a meal. The host also arranged a few drivers for us, and all were on-time, reasonably priced and very pleasant to drive with. I would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Contemporary, relaxing home with brilliant views!

Beautiful, modern home just outside of Sorrento. Views of the coast and Capri are insane! We had a lovely time at this home. Tastefully done and management is all over every detail. Would definitely go back!

A view like no other

Overall we had a fabulous stay at this property. Booking through this site meant I paid quite a bit, as I was asked to pay the fee you charge to properties too. At the time I didn’t question it as thought it would be come off another payment but it didn’t. That with the rental fee, electric fee €50 & cleaning fee €120, which you learn about when you book, actually make this a very expensive place to rent for two people, but it would comfortably accommodate 5. The house itself is beautiful, the location is stunning and there is no doubt that it is in a prime spot with a view that we never tired of looking at. The bed we used was extremely comfortable and the rooms were extremely spacious. The lounge has large windows that allow you to admire the view from pretty much everywhere you sit and the hot tub is a lovely addition to this place. It is, however a little tired from being rented, the showers heads are in need of de scaling and we had no signal on the tv, which we only really were interested in switching on when it was chucking down with rain one eve, but seems odd to have 2 TV’s that didn’t have any reception. We didn’t contact the owner & im sure had we done, they’d have been out to sort as they have always been helpful. The day trip & restaurant recommendations from Max on the day we arrived were fabulous & we would certainly recommend asking him for any local advice. On the whole we have had an amazing time, celebrating a 60th birthday at Casa Mariavittoria and would recommend. I just think electric, fees & cleaning costs should all be included in the initial rental fee.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, insbesondere die Terrasse und den Whirlpool. Die Einrichtung ist jedoch nicht neu, sondern bereits in die Jahre gekommen und bei der Renovierung anscheinend nicht ausgetauscht worden.

Beautiful property with a stunning view

The property is absolutely immaculate in presentation and was very clean. The patios offer sundrenched seaviews . The vista was stunning and it was wonderful to see Capri light up as night fell. Guido and Nunzio and very friendly and exceptionally helpful if any tiny issues arise. Be aware that it would cost €80 round trip to Sorrento centre in a taxi but only €1.60 each on the bus ( which stops around 100 metres from property and runs frequently to Sorrento and Massalubrense centre). Hotel Restaurant within five minutes walk is really nice and food is delicious ( sister stayed in hotel). Only thing I would change is for Guido to provide a kettle ( but boiling water in a pan was no real hardship) LOVED OUR STAY HERE AND CAN NOT RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY ENOUGH

Amazing!!!

This villa is well-equipped and everything we imagined. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay on the coast. It has a spectacular view! The villa is well-appointed and stocked with anything you might need. Lovely!

Beautiful villa with fantastic views.

We loved this villa with the spacious rooms beautiful art work and awesome views. A real gem 50 meters from a bus stop, no need to drive on those curvy roads.

Gorgeous views in a great location

From the moment we walked in we were wowed by the beautiful property and the views of Capri are spectacular. Nunzio meet us at the place upon arrival and made sure that we were educated on the house. He also helped us setup a private chef/ cooking class with Chef Carmine which was great. Nunzio was extremely helpful calling a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. We can't say enough about our experience this place was the icing on the cake for our Italy vacation. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

La dolce Vita Promised & Experienced!

We just returned from our trip to Sorrento and the Almafi Coast. The apartment pictures on HomeAway sold us and we were most than satisfied when we arrived and throughout our stay. Charming, stylish and with a breathtaking view, this apartment offers the best of the Italian Experience!! Bellissima!!!
