Casa Oscar is a charming property with a unique view of the islands of Capri, Ischia, and Procida, located in a peaceful area between the towns of Massa Lubrense and Termini, guest will enjoy the relaxing atmosphere while sitting outside on the private terrace admiring the infinity ocean view. From the house is easy to reach some of most famous beach clubs of the area such as Capitan cook and Giardino Romantico.

There is one flight of stairs to reach the property, the interiors cover over 90 square meters and develops in two floors, the entrance leads to a nice living area equipped with sofas and arm chairs, dining table, there is a fully equipped kitchen. The living area gives the access to the large private terrace equipped with garden sofas, table and chairs, ideal for al fresco meals admiring the sea views, with the gulf of Naples and the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida. there are two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms with shower; the property has al amenities needed such as air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine, wifi, Nespresso machine and American coffee maker.

Neighborhood and distances:
The house is located in the fraction of Marciano, between Massa Lubrense and Termini, we recommend to have a car in order to easily move around, close to the house about 50 meters away there is a free parking spaces on the street, medium size car is highly suggested. Massa Lubrense is about 4 km away and has all services needed, Sorrento is 10 km, Port, with ferry to Capri, Naples and other destination, and train station to reach Naples and Pompeii, are present in Sorrento.

Rental Rules:
Check-In time is from 15:00 to 21:00 late check in after 21:00 is possible with extra charge of Euro 50,00 to be paid in cash at the arrival time Checkout is by 10:00.

Important note: Since the street where you can park is quite narrow, small to medium sized cars are recommended. Extra costs (to be paid upon arrival):

A cash refundable deposit of 300 € will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at the time of departure less any charges in case of damages. If the house rules will be ignored, some penalties will be applied according to the specific cases.
