Splendore su Capri on tyylikäs 160 neliömetrin huvila kahdessa kerroksessa, joka sijaitsee Sorrenton niemimaan päässä Capri-saarta päin.
Molemmista kerroksista voit nauttia henkeäsalpaavista näkymistä Napolinlahdelle ja Sorrenton rannikolle.
Huvilan omistajat asuvat alakerran huoneistossa, he kunnioittavat hyvin vieraidensa yksityisyyttä, mutta tarvittaessa jotain ovat aina saatavilla ja auttavat mielellään.
"Splendore" on ihanteellinen paikka niille, jotka haluavat viettää rentouttavan loman kaukana kaupungin melusta. Huvila on itse asiassa Massa Lubrense, Sorrenton niemimaan viimeinen kunta, erittäin hiljainen, mutta strategisella paikalla. Itse asiassa on hyvin helppoa päästä täältä kiinnostaviin kohteisiin, kuten Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Capri ja Ischia. Takaamme asiakkaillemme upean rentouttavan ja stressittömän loman, järjestämme pyynnöstä retkiä vieraillemme veneellä tai henkilöautolla.
Huvila tarjoaa vieraille ilmaisen pysäköintialueen jopa kahdelle keski-pienelle autolle.

Päästäksesi Villan ensimmäiselle sisäänkäynnille pysäköintialueelta, kävele vain 36 askelta, ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kahden hengen huone, TV ja ilmastointi (ei sisälly hintaan) ja ikkuna, josta on upea panoraama rannikolle ja Capri Island, kylpyhuone suihkulla, olohuone / keittiö, jossa on kaikki tarvitsemasi ja vuodesohva (kaksinkertainen); tästä huoneesta on myös sama henkeäsalpaava näkymä kauniille saarelle.
Huvilan ensimmäinen kerros johtaa toiseen sisäisten portaikkojen kautta. Jos sen sijaan, että pysäköintialueelta pääset huvilan toiseen sisääntuloon (pääosa), noudatetaan seuraavia vaiheita 47 upotettuna oliivipuiden vihreään, tyypilliseen kasviin tässä Italiassa.
Ennen sisäänkäyntiä löydät upean terassin, josta on näkymät Sorrennon rannikolle. Se on varustettu sohvilla, keinutuolilla ja grillauksella. Terassin edessä voit nauttia vihreästä rentoutumisalueesta riippumatolla, mikä sopii erinomaisesti kirjan lukemiseen rauhassa.
Kun olet ylittänyt huvilan pääsisäänkäynnin kynnyksen, hämmästytät rakenteen kauneutta ja sen tarjoamaa panoraamaa asemansa ansiosta. Toinen kerros on jaettu erittäin hyvin, siinä on kaksi kylpyhuonetta suihkulla, kolme kahden hengen huonetta, joissa TV ja ilmastointi (ei sisälly hintaan). Sekä kahden hengen huoneesta että keittiöstä on näkymät suurelle terassille, joka on varustettu sohvilla, lepotuolella ja suurella pöydällä, jossa on tuoleja, jotka sopivat täydellisesti kynttiläillalliselle tai lounaalle yhdessä kuumasta aurinkoisesta päivästä.
Jatka portaita ylös, kiipeä vain vielä 14 askelta päästäksesi rakenteen "helmään", uima-altaan alueelle (avoinna toukokuusta syyskuuhun). Uima-allasalue koostuu suuresta solariumista, jossa on sateenvarjo, aurinkotuoleja, (ulko) uima-allas ja suihku. Epäilemättä tämä on kaikkein panoraama ja rentouttavin kohta, kun otetaan huomioon laaja panoraamanäkymä merelle ja Napolin lahdelle, mutta myös näille alueille tyypillinen kukoistava kasvillisuus, joka ominaista omaisuutta. Kun makaat sängyllä rentoutua, on todellinen ilo tehdä se kuuntelemalla meren ääntä kaukana.

HUOMAA, ETTÄ:
- Liinavaatteiden toimittamisesta ja loppusiivouksesta aiheutuvat kustannukset ovat 150,00 euroa, jälkimmäisen ja mahdollisen ilmastoinnin kulutuksen (joka maksaa 0,40 euroa jokaiselta kW / h) on oltava maksetaan käteisellä vierailun lopussa.
- Me rakastamme lukea tyytyväisyyttä vieraidemme silmissä, kun he ylittävät "Splendore su Capri" -kynnyksen ja joutuvat kauniin puhtaan ja tuoksuvan huvilan edestä, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät ja kaikki mukavuudet.
Jos vieraiden vieraat haluavat vierailun aikana ylimääräisen siivouksen huvilasta, heitä voidaan pyytää suoraan sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä tai loman aikana.

This 5 day stay was the highlight of our 14 day trip through Italy. The property was fantastic. If you are at all hesitant about this property, don't be. The family is warm, hospitable, charming and genuine. We scheduled two events in their amazing kitchen - the pizza party and a cooking class. Valeria, Mama, Daniella, Orlando, Francesca, and their puppies, were amazing. We will come back soon!

This villa has absolutely amazing views and is so comfortable to stay in. The host family is so accommodating. Valeria helped us arrange transportation, a day on the water, food deliveries and a tour in Pompei. Everything she arranged was definitely the best of the best and having her help made our stay very easy. We did the pizza party with the host family and it was so much fun. There was so much pizza we had food for the rest of our stay there. One thing to note is it is a little remote in the sense that getting anywhere you will need transportation by car which gets a little pricey. Overall an amazing experience and if I came back to the area I would stay here again for sure!!

Wow - if you are looking at this home book it!

Our stay was so wonderful it’s hard to put into words! Firstly the family that owns the property are so lovely and welcoming. Valeria was always available to help with any kind of question, reservation or recommendation - truly above and beyond. We did the pizza night and that was a trip highlight… spending the evening cooking with the family was amazing. They live on the same property, but this is not an issue at all if you prefer privacy. The drivers that you’ll get set up with through the villa are also wonderful - highly recommend using them through your stay. Now the villa… it’s a very special home. I saw others say this and have to agree it’s even better than the photos. Each room is comfortable and spacious and there are large nicely appointed bathrooms. The view from everywhere you look takes your breath away. Lots of great outdoor places to relax and just soak in the scenery. Everything is maintained beautifully and the place was spotless upon arrival. Thank you again to our wonderful hosts - we miss you already

I could write an entire book on the magic my family and I experienced on this short 5 day stay at the villa. 3 Days of Paradise in Massa Lubrense

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Splendore Su Capri! Our hosts Daniela & Valeria were so very helpful before and during our stay by providing detailed answers to our questions, booking excursions and arranging transportation during our stay. By the time we arrived for check-in, we felt like old friends already and when we left we felt like family. The Villa is beyond beautiful, meticulously decorated, has exquisite grounds and terraces, well-stocked kitchen and pool / spa. We booked their pizza party on our first night and would highly recommend. Not only was the pizza delicious and the company fantastic (the whole host family gets involved), but we also had leftover pizza for the balance of our 3 day stay. We did not want to leave and have already begun talking about our next trip, which will most definitely have to be more than 3 days!! Highly recommend.

We spent our week sharing breathtaking sunsets overlooking the island of Capri from the villa- spectacular! The villa offered our family the balance of quiet recovery time from our hectic touring with easy proximity to all the Amalfi Coast amazing sites. One of our favorite days was relaxing by the pool in the Mediterranean sun enjoying the view of Capri. The villa is well appointed offering plenty of room for our family and designed with a fun family vibe. The host family is what truly differentiates this property. Valeria is the property manager and was our personal concierge. She welcomes you with a warm smile and positive attitude; treating you like family. She generously offered guidance in booking tours (path of the Gods, Pompeii, Capri, Amalfi, Positano, wineries) along with dinners at local authentic restaurants and car service to all activities. We can’t say enough how essential she was to our families exceptional experience. Any question or experience we inquired about was immediately answered with a smile. Valeria’s mother baked a cake for us to celebrate Mother’s Day!A highlight of our stay was a dinner prepared by Valeria’s mother; incredible and a must doHighly recommended this property along with unique experience the host family offers to ensure you create long lasting memories

Beyond Our Wildest Expectations

Having spent quite a while reading reviews and exploring pictures, we had high hopes for our week at Splendore Su Capri. It was way beyond the best of what we could have even imagined. The home itself is stunning, with an unmatched view of Capri, a gorgeous deck with comfortable furniture, a well-appointed kitchen, and spacious rooms. The home was spotless, and the pool area was a real treat. But honestly, the highlight of the trip (and there were many) was spending time with our incredible host family. Our first day at the villa was a national holiday, and Valeria was worried the grocery stores would be closed and we'd be without provisions. She wrote to me asking for a grocery list so we'd be well stocked upon arrival. We booked the pizza party in their lemon grove for our first night and a gnocchi cooking class for later in the week, which was an amazing way to bookend our week. Not only did we eat well and have tons of leftovers to enjoy, but we had the most delightful evenings getting to know our hosts. My children were completely smitten with Mamma, who taught them how to make their own pizzas and roll their own gnocchi. She took such joy in seeing them play in the kitchen! Each of the daughters helped us over the course of the week with various questions: places to hike, best beaches, best gelato. They are a treasure trove of local knowledge and were so generous in helping us to plan our days. And honestly, they feel like family, now. A la prossima volta!

Amazing Family Trip

Absolutely the BEST Villa, Host, Location and Views!!

ALOT of time was spent researching places to stay. Looking to visit the Amalfi Coast area but dont want the craziness, Splendor on Capri is IT! BEST DECISION we could have made! 1st, the Hostess Daniela is one of the most responsive, accommodating & helpful people I have ever dealt with. From beginning to end, she was there making arrangements for activities, setting up drivers (Lucio who was also AMAZING), making reservations for dinners. The list goes on. The property is EXTREMELY well maintained, CLEAN, quiet & your own little piece of heaven.   Your view is spectacular with a clear shot to Capri! We did schedule many activities but wish we spent more time enjoying the property, with a pool, jacuzzi & lounge chairs overlooking the Sea.  Take a short walk to the town of Massa Lubrense, enjoy some Gelato, shop in their markets & have a delicious dinner in one of their restaurants!  Daniela will make Suggestions, Reservations and arrange for transportation. One thing you CANNOT miss is PIZZA NIGHT at the Villa. We met Valaria & Francesca, Daniela's sisters, who were ALWAYS smiling, & her parents Gelsomina & Orlando.  They made us the most delicious Pizza & allowed us to make our own too!  We had many laughs, wine, beer & Limoncello (HOMEMADE)!  We did it the 1st night because we knew we would be tired and preferred to be spoiled!  BEST pizza I had the entire trip!!  All I can say is, find out for yourself! You will NOT be disappointed!  Wish we stayed more than 5 days!

Phenomenal place with amazing hosts

The property is gorgeous with amazing views. It's just outside of town which is ideal for those wanting to be a bit outside the tourist hotspots. All around amazing and the hosts couldn't have been more amazing!

Really enjoyed the house!

This was our second stop in Italy coming from Rome as our previous destination. The one thing you have to first know about this place, is the hosts (in our case our main point of contact was Valeria) really make the trip. They act as travel agents in many respects and I cant express how important that is when you are a bit "off the grid" compared to major cities like Florence, or Rome. They literally planned 100% of our activities and if you come here you must do a boat trip. Must! Massa Lubrense is a really interesting and quaint town and made the stay even better. It's a small coastal town which seems to be mostly void of tourists even in the high season. While close to Sorrento is not that close so you def get a better feel for being away from the "high season" crowds. Since we did not have a car (and I would not recommend getting one) we used a local transport company (excellent BTW) and we also used the restaurants to pick its up for dinner which is awesome and free! The place was also amazing. The focus of the house is comfortable beds, a nice kitchen and amazing outdoor area, which I would imagine you will spend 90% of your time outside the house. If you are ready to take a break from the big cities of Italy, this may be your next stop!

AHHHHMAZING VILLA AND FAMILY!

From the moment we were greeted by Daniela and Valeria with huge smiles we knew we were in the perfect place. Everything on the property is immaculate and well taken care of. Beautiful flowers and trees and numerous places to relax and enjoy the view, which is stunning. Inside the villa we were welcomed with air conditioning and good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The home exceeded our expectations. However, the family won our hearts and made our stay unlike anything we experienced anywhere else during our 2 1/2 week tour around Italy. The magical pizza night and private dinner served on our terrace were the highlights. Please do not miss booking these amazing dinners, which I would actually call experiences! Definitely book these with the thought that you will have TONS of leftovers and can make more meals throughout your stay. The family will help plan and schedule anything you want to do and they only recommend the best drivers, boat tours and places to visit. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful place and this generous and warm family! Thank you for everything!

Amazing property and family!

Book this place! The house is clean, has everything you need and was more than spacious for nine of us. The property is filled with beautiful trees and flowers and the view from the balcony is Capri - stunning. That’s just the property. The owners are amazing. Daniela was so helpful in helping us plan our outings ahead of time and arranging drivers for us and Valeria was our wonderful contact once we arrived. She’s a delight! Definitely book the pizza party! It was so much fun with their family and the scenery was beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

Great View and Great place to stay!

Our trip started with a pizza party with the host family. This was one of the biggest highlights of our trip! We had a great time meeting the host family and eating (and making) our own pizza. It was the best pizza too. If you choose to do the pizza making, I recommend doing it the 1st or 2nd night. This is because 1) you will get to know the family and 2) you will have a ton of pizza left over. The view of Capri was perfect. So many options to sit outside, watch the boats, sunset, and just visit with friends and family. Daniela and Valerie were a HUGE help arranging transportation for us and getting dinner delivered to us. They even ordered and delivered some basic groceries for us!! In addition, their mom even made 2 delicious crostatas for us and it was perfect for breakfast each morning. There were plenty of bedrooms and private bathrooms, a washing machine, and kitchen utensils. The only thing we did not realize was transportation was not easy (and not cheap) to get especially last minute BUT with that said, the hosts helped us get a driver. I personally would spend the extra money and hire a driver for the week and have them on call every day. Overall-great family, great home, and beautiful views!

No words can express our experience staying at Splendore Su Capri. Myself, my three children and their significant others just returned from 7 glorious days in this beautiful villa. From the very first day of booking the villa, Daniela was a wonderful hostess, helping me decide on trips to book, steering me in the right direction to be sure we had the best experiences possible, she went above and beyond booking literally everything for us! Private boat ride around Capri, private tours to Sorrento and Positano, private cars to and from the airport, taxis into town. I honestly don't know what I would do without her! Once arriving, the villa met our expectations and more. Not only was it the most incredible view you could imagine but the villa was spotlessly clean. My son's birthday fell during one of our days at the villa and Daniela suggested a sunset birthday dinner cooked by her mamma, it was spectacular. The fresh vegetables and ingredients from their gardens, the olive oil from their olive trees, the homemade limoncello. We also did a pizza party hosted by Daniela, Valeria and their incredible family. Her mom and dad helped us make our own pizza, rolling out the fresh dough and adding the ingredients, we were even able to put the pizza in the wood oven. We honestly felt like we were part of their family! Daniela and Valeria, her sister (who also helped book our trips) shared the stories of their lives and we shared ours with them. Don't hesitate to book this villa!

Splendore su tutto!

Non saprei da dove cominciare: non è solo Splendore su Capri ma su tutto ! Eravamo due famiglie (8 persone). Ci siamo trovati benissimo fin dal primo momento. Valeria ci ha accolto letteralmente come se fossimo di famiglia. Dopo averci spiegato tutto, ci ha accompagnato durante il nostro soggiorno con consigli e quant'altro. Di una gentilezza davvero rara. La casa è uno spettacolo, pulita, spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort, abbracciata da ulivi, limoni, piante di rosmarino. La birra bevuta a bordo piscina con vista su Capri è tutta un’altra cosa. La vista dalla terrazza è "mozzafiato", tanto che siamo rimasti a cena senza andare al ristorante. 2 posti auto per le nostre auto (anche coperti)! Peccato che i 4 giorni siano passati così in fretta, ma se ne avremo l'occasione torneremo sicuramente. Ah sì, dimenticavo: la mamma di Valeria ci ha viziato il palato con una torta appena sfornata: non si può concludere in modo migliore. Grazie mille, arrivederci e saluti da Zurigo.
