The Space:

Step into the epitome of countryside charm, where each room is tastefully decorated with Italian antiques, luxurious amenities, and stunning views.



Living and Dining Area: The spacious ground-floor living area features elegant Italian antique furnishings, comfortable sofas, and a welcoming dining table. The traditional kitchen invites you to enjoy authentic Italian meals together, creating a relaxed and convivial setting. This floor is also served by a service bathroom.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The villa is spread across two upper floors, connected by internal staircases that ensure a natural and harmonious flow throughout the interiors. The first floor is reached via 20 steps, while the second floor is 16 steps further up.

On the first floor, two bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, while the third bedroom has a private bathroom located just opposite the room.

On the second floor, all three bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms, offering greater comfort and privacy for guests.



Outdoor Spaces

The outdoor spaces are surrounded by a beautiful lemon grove, creating a truly authentic and immersive Mediterranean atmosphere. Guests can enjoy open-air meals, relax in the shade of the lemon trees, and experience the scents and colors of the Italian countryside. A traditional wood-fired oven is also available outdoors, ideal for memorable moments shared with family and friends.



The shaded patio is furnished with comfortable lounging furniture and a dining table, making it ideal for evening meals or morning coffees amidst the villa’s gardens.



Swimming Pool and Sunbathing Area: An expansive lawn surrounds the private pool, complete with sun loungers and shaded areas, creating an idyllic environment to relax and take in the views of the Amalfi Coast.



Security Features: Surveillance cameras are discreetly installed at the entrance and outdoors, ensuring an added layer of security and peace of mind for your stay.



Access, Mobility and Parking

The villa offers private on-site parking for up to 3 cars, providing convenient and easy access for guests travelling by car.

Please note that the property is spread across multiple levels and includes several internal staircases. For this reason, it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Arrival and Check-In Information



Check-in time: Between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Late arrivals can be arranged with prior notice and may include an additional fee.



Check-out time: By 10:00 am.



Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to availability, with an additional fee.

Events and Gatherings: Villa Lucia welcomes select events upon prior approval. For weddings, photoshoots, or gatherings, please contact Feeling Italy to discuss requirements and applicable fees.



Private Chef and Catering Services: All external services, including private chefs, require prior approval from Feeling Italy. Unauthorized services are not permitted on the property.



Wood Oven Usage: Available for use by a professional pizza chef provided by Feeling Italy. Contact us for pricing and availability.



Accessibility: Due to its multi-floor layout and staircase access, Villa Lucia may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations or wheelchair users.
