It features a garden, furnished garden, enclosed house, 40 sqm terrace, washing machine, barbecue, iron, safe, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balconies, gym, heat pump heating, air conditioning, uncovered parking in the structure, 2 TVs, satellite TV.



The American induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus juicer.

Please note that for Late Check In after 20:00 a supplement of €30.00 will be applied, after 23:30 the supplement is €50.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival.
