The Space:

Designed as two separate units within the lush garden, Villa Mimosa combines the comforts of modern living with the charm of a countryside villa, providing privacy and a spacious layout for larger groups. It sleeps 12 across 5 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed, with 5 bathrooms.



First Unit – Ground Floor: accessible through the main entrance, an inviting open-space kitchen and dining area with rustic furnishings and garden views. The cosy lounge area with plush sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) opens onto a shaded patio, perfect for relaxing.

First Unit – First Floor: three bright and spacious double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, each designed with a blend of rustic and contemporary decor for a comfortable and elegant atmosphere.

Second Unit – Kitchen and Dining Area: a separate entrance connects to a fully equipped kitchen with traditional furnishings and a pizza oven, leading to a dining area perfect for al fresco meals.

Second Unit – Bedrooms: two additional double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, with private access to a panoramic terrace, an ideal retreat for relaxation and enjoyment of the beautiful views.

Monticchio village centre: with a grocery store, a gorgeous ice cream parlour, local cafés and a few restaurants, reached in approximately 5 minutes on foot via a route that includes some steps, or in just 1 minute by car.

Marina del Cantone: approximately 6.5 km away, with its beaches and seaside restaurants.

Sorrento: 11 km away, with direct connections to Capri, Naples and beyond.

Positano: about 17 km away, ideal for a scenic day trip along the Amalfi Coast.

Amalfi: approximately 34 km away.

Events and Weddings: the property is suitable for small private celebrations and weddings, subject to approval. All event coordination is handled exclusively by the Feeling Italy Concierge team, with a dedicated wedding planner. Wedding planning services are mandatory and quoted separately. Services Policy

To ensure consistent service standards, proper coordination and respect for the property, external suppliers and third-party service providers are not permitted.

This includes, but is not limited to, private chefs, catering companies, event vendors, decorators, musicians, photographers, wellness practitioners, transportation providers and other external contractors.

All guest services must be arranged exclusively through Feeling Italy and its approved partners.



Wood-fired oven: the wood-fired oven is reserved exclusively for use by professional pizza chefs authorized by Feeling Italy. This service can be arranged through our Concierge team. Please contact us in advance for availability and pricing details.

Access and Parking: the property is accessed via local roads typical of the Sorrento Peninsula; the final approach and parking area can be narrow in places, so small to medium sized vehicles are recommended. Villa Mimosa offers private on-site parking for up to three cars, as well as an electric vehicle charging station.

City tax: €3 per adult per day, applied for the first 7 nights. This tax is required by the Municipality of Massa Lubrense and is payable in cash upon arrival.

Accessibility: the property is composed of two separate buildings connected by the outdoor spaces. Only a few outdoor steps are required to reach the garden and swimming pool area, while the second building can be accessed without any stairs.
