Villa Neranite is thoughtfully designed across three levels, each level providing self-contained comfort and elegance connected by garden paths and stairways.



Main Unit (First Level)



Living Area and Kitchen: The main entrance leads into a spacious living area with a double sofa bed and warm-toned décor. An open kitchen and dining space make this area inviting and comfortable.



Double Bedroom: A spacious double bedroom with garden views and light-filled windows opens onto a private patio. The bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with double showers, creating a relaxing retreat.



Second Level (Pool Area and Changing Room)



Pool and Facilities: This level includes the pool area, a changing room with a bathroom, that includes laundry facilities, and an outdoor stone shower, ensuring guests have everything they need for a relaxing day by the pool.



Third Level (Garden Suite and Additional Unit)



Suite with Sea Views: This private suite on the third level offers an elegantly decorated double bedroom with a private bathroom, stunning views of the sea, and a garden pathway leading to the suite’s entrance.



Two-Story Unit: Adjacent to the suite, the two-story unit includes a first-floor living area with a sofa bed for one person, an open kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. An external staircase leads to the ground floor, featuring a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another room with a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

Villa Neranite’s outdoor areas are designed to enhance guests’ experience of the breathtaking surroundings, with spaces for dining, relaxation, and panoramic views.



Pergola-Shaded Dining Area: A terrace with a pergola provides the ideal setting for al fresco dining, complete with a barbecue and outdoor kitchen.



Private Pool with Jacuzzi and Sun Lounging Area: The private pool, measuring 4 x 2 meters, features a jacuzzi and heating system, surrounded by sun loungers for guests to relax while admiring views of Nerano Bay.



Mediterranean Garden and Pathways: The property’s garden is filled with lush Mediterranean plants, olive trees, and a beautiful path that connects the various units and terraces.



Beach Access: A secondary gate on the property provides access via a path to the nearby beach, perfect for a leisurely seaside stroll.

Check-out time: By 10:00 am.



Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to availability, with an additional fee.



Other Things to Note:

Events and Gatherings: Villa Neranite is available for select events with prior approval. For weddings, photoshoots, or special gatherings, please contact Feeling Italy as additional fees may apply.



Private Chef and Catering Services: All external services, such as private chefs, must be pre-approved by Feeling Italy. Unauthorized services are not permitted.



Wood Oven Usage: For an authentic Italian pizza experience, only professional chefs provided by Feeling Italy may use the villa’s wood oven. Please inquire for availability and pricing.



Accessibility: Due to its multiple levels and stairways, Villa Neranite may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users. The road to the villa is narrow, so a smaller car would be more suitable.



Car Recommendation: the villa is accessed via a typical local road, narrow in some sections. Standard and medium sized cars reach the property comfortably. Large vans do not fit.
