Only negative thing was that all the noises from the corridoor/breakfast area woke us up a bit too early each morning... We arrived a bit later than the reception is normally open, did email about it and no problems:) and as well we got a call to make sure that everything was ok and we were arriving more or less on time; made us feel that we are really really welcome:) We would definately stay at Maison...

”The room was told to be soundproof. It wasn’t and you could hear everything from the hallway even the next room taking a shower can be heard from our room. At night time some of the guests came in late and you can hear everything because the door doesn’t block the noise at all. We were promised starting appetizer but didn’t have them until i called about it. We asked for a blanket to sleep with because the room only had a sheet to sleep with. I called about it and the employee were rude and...

”Sunset Homesin huoneet ovat paikallisessa kerrostalossa ja erittäin hyvällä paikalla lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta olennaisesta Sorrentossa. Talon hissin käyttö maksaa 10 snt / kerta, joten tähän kannataa kolikoin varautua. Kaikki 5 huonetta ovat samassa 4. kerroksessa. Respaa ei ole, eikä henkilökuntaa näy, mutta vastauksia tulee Whatsapin välityksellä hienosti. Myös lentokenttäkuljetukset hoituivat heidän kauttaan hyvin. Huoneet ovat kunnoltaan siistit, mutta siivouksen tasoon toivoisi...

”Stay at Villa Gabriella! This place was perfect. The room was bigger than we had expected and very clean. The raindrop shower was a nice touch. Fabrizio was always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions and was super helpful with info on how to get around Sant’Agnello, Sorrento, and beyond. Isabella was there to show us our room and to give us a tour of the property. Having access to a quick breakfast was so nice to have. Sliced meats and cheeses. Yogurts. Pastries. Fruits. ”Taytyy sanoa, että Palazzo Jannuzzi oli kertakaikkiaan superhieno kokemus. Sijainti Sorrentossa on paras mahdollinen. Palveluntaso ylitti kaikki odotukset. Aamiainen on fantastinen ja kotoisa. Paikanpäällä leivotut herkut kauniisti esillepantuna maistuivat aurinkoisella terassilla. Tunnelma oli todella kiva.”

”we were "upgraded" from guesthouse room to someone´s apartment full of their items. The apartment was was not tidy,it was noisy and there was not warm water in the shower. Very disappointing experience,don`t recommend and beware of "upgrading".”
