”The staff was excellent in communication and resolving a couple of issues. Perfect location and the terrace was fabulous. Very clean. The room was smaller than it looked in the pictures, but worked out fine and worthwhile tradeoff for the terrace and location in the middle of everything. Kitchen was serviceable if you don't intend to cook, but a microwave would have been nice. In the pictures, the main terrace shows only one sofa, but there are two. The couple floors of stairs above the elevator...

”The room was told to be soundproof. It wasn’t and you could hear everything from the hallway even the next room taking a shower can be heard from our room. At night time some of the guests came in late and you can hear everything because the door doesn’t block the noise at all. We were promised starting appetizer but didn’t have them until i called about it. We asked for a blanket to sleep with because the room only had a sheet to sleep with. ”Sunset Homesin huoneet ovat paikallisessa kerrostalossa ja erittäin hyvällä paikalla lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta olennaisesta Sorrentossa. Talon hissin käyttö maksaa 10 snt / kerta, joten tähän kannataa kolikoin varautua. Kaikki 5 huonetta ovat samassa 4. kerroksessa. Respaa ei ole, eikä henkilökuntaa näy, mutta vastauksia tulee Whatsapin välityksellä hienosti. Myös lentokenttäkuljetukset hoituivat heidän kauttaan hyvin. Huoneet ovat kunnoltaan siistit, mutta siivouksen tasoon toivoisi...

”Todella tasokas hotelli. Aamiainen on erittäin hyvä. Huoneet ovat siistit ja mukavat. Henkilökunta on todella avulias ja ystävällinen. Hinta/laatusuhde on paikallaan. Matkustettu Roomasta Salernon asti ja yövytty monessa hotellissa, mutta tämä on ainoa hotelli, johon voisi tulla uudelleen.”

”The property is less than 100ft from a beach area, which is quite nice. Though you must take a little cart down the hill after taxiing to the parking lot, this little hideaway is well worth it. Warning: it can be hard to catch taxis from the parking lot. We recommend trying to do so around noon when other people are heading to the beach or scheduling one ahead of time.
