”Nicely decorated room in good location but…. Very difficult to locate using address provided and information shared by owner. On arrival, asked to message host but no reply. Called directly and was then buzzed in - another couple with a booking didn’t have the number and were also stuck so shared number with them. A lock box - as we have recently used in other properties in Italy - would have resolved this, especially as there was an additional key as well as the room card inside the room. In...

”Maison Bon Bon is a family run business away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of town. The owners couldn't do enough to help you for all your needs. Pick up and drop off at the bottom of the hill meaning just a 5 minute walk into the centre of town. They provide this service from 8am to 9.30pm. After that it could be walked but it's round bendy roads that would take a good half hour to walk. Breakfast was extra but was a nice mix of Continental and whatever you chose really. Room was...

”Very nice place to stay! Easy to get there either you come by boat, bus or train and the city center is just around the corner. We were in Sorrento already in the morning, but were able to leave our luggage there. Very friendly owners! The room was very clean and cosy. Exellent breakfast was served in to the room.”

”Olimme liikkeellä perheemme kanssa, kaksi aikuista ja kaksi teini-ikäistä. Viivyimme Sorrentossa 2 yötä ja kävimme täältä käsin Pompejssa ja Vesuviuksella. SorrentoFlats oli erittäin hyvällä paikalla lähellä palveluja, juna-asemaa ja satamaa (josta jatkoimme Caprille) mutta samalla kuitenkin hyvin rauhallinen yöpymispaikka.”

”Huone oli pieni, mutta siisti. Parveke oli mukavan kokoinen ja sieltä oli hienot maisemat. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin ja henkilökunta oli hyvin palvelualtista, kaikki sujui hienosti! Ainoa miinus oli olematon äänieristys. Viereisen huoneen puhe kuului selvästi seinän läpi ja yöunet häiriintyi ikävästi.”

”Very nice clean room. Location was okay. My husband would’ve preferred a little closer to downtown/beach. My only suggestion would be to add shower racks for guests to put their belongings and a mirror where the desk is. A lot of women could do their makeup still at the desk if someone is using the bathroom. Not a bad room slightly pricy for the area if you want to be closer to downtown.”

”The property was located in a perfect area within the heart of Sorrento. Close to an abundance of retail shops, nice restaurants, the beach and port. The hotel itself was very nice and tastefully designed. Air conditioning was working incredibly and the staff was very helpful from the very beginning to end of our trip. The breakfast offered was a great touch and helped kick start our day. Would stay here again without a doubt!”
