I cannot recommend this property enough!
Giovanni was professional and a pleasure to talk to. Prior to arrival he messaged us and was prompt and happy to assist via WhatsApp.
Giovanni made is feel very welcome, and provided all the necessary information regarding our stay and the room facilities.
We were very lucky to be offered an earlier check in as the room had been vacated early and was promptly prepared for our arrival. This was above and beyond and we certainly appreciated the offer.
The room we had was fabulous. Extremely comfortable and clean. Everything was in good order and of very high quality.
My only negative was the bath took ages to fill and the water was not very hot.
The property was in a brilliant location, central to everything. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
Street noise was blocked out well with the glazing and if you have the room looking onto the courtyard it is very quiet indeed.
We had two balconies looking out over the street which was bright and airy, even though they are standing balconies only.
We had a very comfortable stay, a selection of teas, coffee and still water was supplied free of charge. The mini bar had a good selection, but was chargable.
Unlike other places/hotels we have stayed, your room is generally cleaned and bed made. Kind Places do not do this, but we were not worried as we felt it was not required anyway. Some people may not like this.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend staying. FAB!
