The country house stands on the plateau of a hill, surrounded by a large meadow lined with oak and cork trees. You can see Massa Marittima with the mountains of Montieri and Le Cornate in the hinterland, and gently undulating Tuscan landscape with vineyards, olive groves, and even the sea and the island of Elba. There is peace and quiet here, picturesque landscapes and you are not far from famous sights because there are good transport connections here. On the highway that runs along the coast you can easily reach many cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Rome or Etruscan archaeological sites such as Roselle, Populonia...

The sea can be reached quickly on a straight route. Follonica beach is accessible almost everywhere and is surrounded by pine trees. Beautiful swimming spots can also be found in Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia or in the Bay of Baratti. 7 km away is the lake Lago dell’ Accessa.

The restored house has several terraces and a natural garden. The holiday apartment with a spacious area of 70m² is furnished with furniture in the traditional Tuscan style.
