The apartment on the third floor was renovated in 2024. It has a bedroom, open space kitchen, living room with comfortable sofa bed and bathroom. The apartment includes a room for bike storage. A refuge located in a quiet area of ​​the historic centre, a few steps from one of the most beautiful squares in Europe, in the beautiful medieval village of Massa Marittima in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. The apartment has a brand-new summer and winter air conditioning system.

The space
The house is a characteristic property located in Tuscany and immersed in the green heart of the Maremma, geographically embraced to the west by the splendid beaches of the Gulf of Follonica and to the east by the verdant metalliferous hills.
Its excellent location allows guests to be only 50 meters away from the historic center of the town and just 15 km from the beaches of the coast.
The surrounding area is rich in culture, history, culinary art and all the main services can be reached in a few minutes. Absolutely worth visiting are the exclusive beaches of Cala Violina, Cala Civette, Torre Mozza, Carbonifera and the beaches of Follonica, Baratti, Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala, all easily reachable in a few minutes by car. Also not to be missed are the historic cities of Scarlino, Populonia, Gavorrano, Siena, Volterra, etc., rich in exclusive monuments and museums.
The property is located on the third floor of a building and was completely renovated in 2024. It is located in a quiet street a few steps from the historic center. It is composed of a double bedroom with large walk-in wardrobe, separate living room with comfortable sofa bed, kitchen with table, chairs and microwave oven, fridge freezer and coffee machine with pods, bathroom with shower, summer and winter air conditioning system, free wifi internet. The house is equipped with a TV with reception of streaming and digital terrestrial programs.
50 meters from our house, in the historic center, a few steps from Piazza Garibaldi, where the Cathedral of Massa Marittima stands, you will find all the shops you may need: from tobacconists to clothing stores, from various bars and restaurants to pharmacy. If you need more choice, I recommend going to the shopping center in Via XXV Aprile, just one km from home.
The Kitchen
The kitchen consists of an induction hob, microwave oven, sink and furniture for storing pots and accessories as well as a small worktop, so that you can prepare meals without difficulty. Remember to always place hot pots and pans on trivets, so as not to damage the kitchen worktop.
You also have a fridge with freezer.
The Kitchen Kit that we put at your disposal consists of all the tools essential for a stay at home, including a coffee machine with pods. We put some pods at your disposal for a good coffee or cappuccino
The Chamber
We have invested in comfort because, in our opinion, it is an essential factor for those who decide to enjoy their holiday in a home. We have chosen comfortable bed bases and mattresses.
In the room there is also a large walk-in closet, inside which we have placed blankets and quilts in case your holiday is in winter.
You will find bed linen at your disposal, soft 100% cotton and light colored sheets. On the sides of the bed you will find bedside tables with light points. The switches are located on the sides of the bed.
The Bathroom
The bathroom is an environment that we have not overlooked. We have chosen bathroom fixtures and furniture appropriate to the size of the room.
We have placed towels of various sizes and have not forgotten the courtesy product kit, consisting of shower gel, intimate soap and shampoo.
Don't forget that a hairdryer is also at your disposal in the bathroom.
The Living Room
The living room is the room par excellence dedicated to relaxation.
We have placed, in addition to a beautiful sofa, which becomes a comfortable double bed if necessary, a piece of furniture with streaming TV with which you can watch your favorite programs and a library with assorted titles, city guides and games
We constantly invest in renovation works, so as to always offer an impeccable and up-to-date welcome.
A very fast internet network with Wi-Fi connection is at your disposal. In fact, even during holidays it is difficult to separate yourself from your smartphone, which in reality can prove to be a means of planning activities and places to visit.
Bike storage
On the lower floor of the apartment we provide guests with a room for storing bikes. The same, well ventilated and illuminated, offers the possibility of charging e-bikes and washing after an excursion in the splendid surrounding woods.

Guests will be welcomed by the owners who will illustrate the amenities of the house and the surrounding attractions.
The entire apartment is available to guests with free access to all rooms and all amenities.
The appliances (fridge freezer, microwave oven, TV, coffee machine) and other equipment in the kitchen and living room can be freely used.
The supplied blankets can be used in the walk-in closet of the master bedroom. There are also cushions and towels of various sizes that can be used freely.

Other things to note
Since we know that luggage is often heavy, we have made a practical trolley available to guests in order to reduce efforts.
