The Francobollo Studio flat, located in Massagno, is a cosy and well-organised studio. The entrance leads into the living room, which is furnished in a functional and visually pleasing manner.

The living area is characterised by a fold-away double bed (the bed is fold-away and the pillows with the duvet are in the wardrobe) integrated in a wardrobe, which is perfect for optimising space during the day.

There is also a white sofa in the room and a low glass coffee table, which adds an elegant touch. This is followed by a light wood dining table for 4 people, suitable for dinners and convivial moments. The parquet floor lends warmth to the room.

The kitchen is well stocked and equipped with numerous appliances including a coffee machine, an electric four-burner cooker, a microwave oven located above the refrigerator, a toaster, an immersion blender, a mixer and a non-electric steel kettle. All these items are neatly organised in a compact and practical space.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a bathtub with shower for relaxing moments.

The balcony equipped with chairs and a table allows you to enjoy the outdoors.

The view of the greenery and surrounding buildings with the mountains in the background makes the space ideal for outdoor breakfasts or aperitifs.

The area is quiet and residential, and within walking distance has restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies. Within walking distance are the Cinema Lux and the restaurant Grotto Valletta.

The flat is located just over 10 minutes\' walk from the station.

Lugano\'s lakefront and the heart of the historic city can be reached by car in just 10 to 15 minutes, or on foot in about 15 minutes. Here you can stroll along the cobbled streets of the centre, the Piazza Riforma and Via Nassa, the famous shopping street. Strolling along the lakefront you can reach the LAC museum and the Paradiso area, or the Ciani Park with its wonderful garden and villa.



How to get there:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Nord exit and set your GPS: in less than 10 minutes you will reach the flat.

By train: When you arrive at the FFS railway station in Lugano, take bus no. 4 in the direction of ‘Canobbio, Ganna’ and get off after 3 stops at ‘Massagno, Sassa’, from here you will be in front of the flat in a 1 minute walk.
