”A piece of history. 18th Century Chateau in middle of Beaujole wine region. Wonderful hosts. Comfortable. Well equiped. Highly recommended. We'd stay there again.”

”Its a really neat/cool place to stay for a night. The chateau is a little run down (as expected as its construction started in 1231), but that adds to its charm. The hotel room was beautiful and clean. The only issue was pink/orange mould on the bottom of the shower curtain. We also had the best meal on our Southern France trip at a nearby restaurant (Authentique restaurant).”

”Run down hotel double charged me at check out and did not respond to my emails asking for a refund. At check out the elderly receptionist was confused and could not see that I already pre-paid via hotels.com. So I was forced to pay 680 euro again.
